Tranquilidad por el mar es un relajado 3 dormitorio, 2 baño casa se alza sobre una colina en la hermosa Neskowin. Esta casa tiene dos cubiertas, una chimenea, y un corto paseo a la playa fácil acceso en la que podría encontrar que tiene la playa para ti!

Tres intensifica y que están en el nivel principal de esta casa tranquila. La primera cosa que usted notará es la obra de arte única realizada por los amigos y familiares del dueño de la casa. El salón tiene un sofá cómodo y sillas junto con una buena chimenea de leña. Aquí tienes vistas de millas de los ventanales frente a la playa.

El plan de piso abierto y espacioso incluye las áreas de comedor y cocina conectados a la sala de estar. La cocina bien equipada le permite preparar todo lo que deseas. Si es una cena sentada alrededor de la mesa o las palomitas de maíz mientras ve una película - la elección es suya! Hay incluso un pequeño rincón cerca de ventanas de la esquina donde uno puede sentarse y escribir una carta, leer un libro o simplemente tomar el sol.

Sal por la puerta corredera de cristal desde el comedor y aquí se tome en impresionantes vistas del océano desde encima de los árboles de abajo. Si se trata de la puesta de sol en una noche cálido y soleado o tomando café en la mañana los puntos de vista son los suyos para ser tenido en cualquier momento.

Aún en el nivel principal, hay un dormitorio con una cama de matrimonio. Si se puede imaginar despertar y ver las vistas del océano desde aquí se puede sentir como que simplemente no hay nada mejor que esto! Un par de pasos de aquí es un baño completo con ducha.

Tomar 12 pasos hacia abajo y que ha entrado en la sala de estar. Aquí tienes un cómodo sofá y TV de pantalla plana con películas para un día de lluvia. También hay una puerta que lleva a cabo en una perfecta cubierta para pasar el rato en los días soleados.

En este nivel, tiene dos dormitorios - cada uno con dos camas individuales. Hay buenas vistas de los árboles y los bosques de estos dos dormitorios. También hay servicio de lavandería y un baño completo con una cabina de ducha, así.

El acceso a la playa está a pocos pasos de esta casa. Se trata de unos 4 cuadras por una bonita zona residencial tranquila a la ruta que le lleva a la arena. Esta zona es un santuario protegido, donde verá nada de ciervos a los sellos. Si tienes suerte, la arena será baja lo suficiente para exponer troncos de los árboles antiguos que muestra dónde la costa fue hace cientos de años. Y si eso no es suficiente, bueno, siempre hay kilómetros de arena que esperan por delante para ver sus huellas.


Notas de estacionamiento: Un auto puede estacionarse en el garaje y dos pueden estacionar en el camino de entrada.

Acceso al agua: el acceso a la playa es cuesta abajo desde la casa y aproximadamente a 4 cuadras de un camino que conduce a la arena. Tenga en cuenta que es una carretera muy empinada, casi 4x4 territorio. El sendero tiene más de 75 escaleras y una caminata considerable y empinada.

While the view was out of this world, the sauna was not available to use. Unfortunately, that was the deciding factor for my renting this place. The parking is absolutely horrible, and thus limited our activities, especially since workers were from next door were contuiously blocking our driveway. The trash was overflowing when we got there, and was never emptied at all. Had to leave all the trash inside due to the bear situation. This was a beutiful home, however there was much damage all over the property, i took photos. The microwave is cracked, and therefore, unsafe. This is my first experience with verbo, and must say not real impressed.

What a View!

Great property nestled in a gated community on the beach. Management and the owner quickly solved internet issues. A little hard to find due to the road design in the subdivision. The elevated view is very nice.

Very disappointing

Checked in but was unable to get through the security gate, all information we were provided did not allow us access, we piggy backed on another vehicle throughout our stay. It was about 85 degrees in the unit when we arrived, wished someone may have thought ahead and had the air conditioning on, no fans were found which could have provided some relief. Many windows and or blinds were not able to open or close, nice view - blocked by tree- but the lack of working windows and blinds made it less impressive. The kitchen did not have many supplies to cook, the non stick pans provided were horribly scratched, we improvised as best we could with the very limited options. A main reason we rent a house is to cook meals, I did not feel comfortable cooking in the pans provided, they clearly had not been inspected if ever, they were past there prime and should not be in a kitchen expecting them to be used for cooking.There was no foil or wrap provided and many of the bowls had chips. In my opinion not getting what we paid for. The beds weren’t very comfortable, my son chose instead to sleep on the couch. The stair path from the house to the beach was overgrown with thorny brush which cut several of us cut us. Not worth the money, for what we were charged the condition of the house and the amenities offered were disappointing. Definitely will not stay here or use this service again.

Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels for bathrooms, need more towels in kitchen. difficult parking, Beautiful view, The floors were filthy. Black feet from walking around on the floors particularly the floor in the kitchen. Pot holders were gross, Great showerheads.

Great place close to beach

We had a scary-funny thing happen to us...when getting the keys out of the lock-box the keys fell down a crack in the corner of the front porch and landed about 4.5 feet down. We tried fishing them out to no avail. Luckily, after calling the help line, they were able to get us into the 2nd lock-box...so we didn't have to stay in our vehicle :) The place was great: close to the beach, nice ocean views. The place doesn't show properly on Google maps, so we had to follow the written directions on how to get to the house. We did need to clear some berry shoots that were hanging over the back steps down to the road. We did run out of hot water with our showers...we had 6 people. We did wish that the door to the main bedroom area could lock ;) All in all it was a great place to stay.

Nice Location

Overall the home was nice and has great potential. However, the furnace needed to be repaired so property manager left us with space heaters. If I had known the furnace was not working, I would not have booked this rental. Space heaters are not an alternative when the wind is blowing and rain is falling in the Spring. If it were summer time, I can imagine, but in May in the NW, it's still pretty cold and that was uncomfortable. Additionally, the code for the gate was wrong. When finally got thru the gate, we drove up to the house and went to retrieve the key out of the lock box. It opened up but the key promptly fell out of the box and down into the slots of the slotted floorboards. This seems like a stupid idea to place a lock box over a slotted floor where a key could fall into. What a fiasco! When we got home, friends and family asked about our trip. One family member was anxious to book a place in Neskowin and wondered if she should rent the same place. I quickly told her NO. And relayed our troubles. I am disappointed in the service and think i should at least receive some refunded fees due to our poor service.

Location, location, location

Nestled on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the house is secluded and quiet, situated in such a way as to make one feel they are the only house around. The house is spacious, clean, and well-laid out. Access to the beach is easy, and in mid-October, we had it to ourselves on a sunny day. We were able to explore the North Coast all the way to Astoria and back in a day (about 8 hours). A great place for a couple, or a family of four.

Perfect view.

We loved seeing and hearing the perfect beach below from the decks and every room. We discovered the steps that take you half way down the hillside, but ended up taking the winding road most of the time . We enjoyed the cafe at Hawk Creek and Pelican Brewing, during our stay. Cleanliness was perfect except for grime and sand in the washer rim and the distgusting pot holders.

Gorgeous location and home

This little corner of the Oregon coast is magical. The home was no less so. Short quiet walk down to the beach. Setup well with main room and master above, with some living space and bedrooms below for family to get some alone time. Quality home is a little rough around the edges (some windows don't open, lower porch door locks user outside, stove front facia is split). Comfortable furnishings (newer lower level couch), all the kitchen equipment (good knives!), etc. Grumpy neighbor "owns the road", drive sloooowly.

Privacy with amazing view!

We escape to Neskowin a few times a year and this was our first time in this house. We loved it. We stayed in early March. New sofa and comfortable master bed. Note the tv is downstairs. The patio screen door needs a bit of maintenance from the winter but the decks are positioned perfectly to view The Ghost Forest and sunset! Will definitely stay again!

AMAZING!

Our family had the most AMAZING vacation here. There was lots of room for each family member to get together as a group or have alone time to nap or read. To wake up every morning to the views were delightful. My only regret is we didn't book more days.

beautiful views

A steep drive takes you to this cute house with great views. We love Neskowin; it's town and beach. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Thankfully, there is a new, comfortable couch to get cosy on to enjoy the great views. The bed in main is comfortable, but small (?double?), the beds downstairs are for kids (and didn't fit our tall teens). The area that lacks the most is the kitchen. The dish towels, pot holders and kitchen cloth are stained, tattered and dirty. The choice of cooking pots was extremely limited. 1 small vegetable size pot and a large stock pot that wouldn't fit in the sink to wash it. Mismatched plates, and cheap cutlery and knives, one of the pot's handles was loose. It is Revere Ware and wouldn't cost much to replace the odds and ends with a set. We love to cook at the beach and I love an easy to use kitchen. The house is bare bones and seems a lot of thrift finds are furnishing it. There also wasn't any firewood for the fireplace. Renting a beach house in the winter - well, again, easy well stocked kitchen, wood for a cosy fire, and comfortable furniture to relax on and music. Very few, old, cd's to choose from. This would not be our first choice for a future stay. Thank you.

I wish you had more updated cooking ware including that old stove

Very upsetting, we were not able to Open the key box, they were 2 boxes,we called you people and i waited 25 min on the phone no one answer ,or even attempted to find out later what was the problem The neighborhood thanks god was there and was able to help us The house was beautiful, but i wish that they would upgrade your old pots and pans and as well as the key box, for something easier such as a digital one

Great view and access to the beach

The was a great place for a short getaway and we would definitely return. The view from most windows is stunning and the windows are big. The short, all downhill walk to the beach is easy and took about 5 minutes. The stairway at the back of the house to the beach is 75 steps. Two friendly suggestions to the owner: 1. Have someone periodically clear the stairs as they get over-grown quickly in the spring/summer. I spent about 20 minutes clearing the path. 2. Add a pot big enough to cook pasta for 4-6 people and maybe a few more kitchen supplies. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Disappointing interaction with Vacasa, but great property

The property is lovely -just as expected. We are homeowners nearby and needed a place to extend our stay, so love this area. The house is great for kids, fantastic view, great amenities. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was NO HOT WATER in the house. Minimal water pressure, but all cold. Meant we had no showers, no dishwasher, no washing machine, etc. I flagged this to the property manager when we checked in on Friday, and didn't hear back until an hour before we were to check out Monday morning. The person said they would pass my information along to the local property manager to reach out to discuss, but I have never heard from them, nor were we offered any sort of discount, etc. given this significant issue. Finally, we asked to check out two hours late, and were told it was impossible due to new guests arriving. However, as we were in the neighborhood the next week, we noticed there was never a guest who showed up following our stay for at least seven days following our check out. Seems misleading at best.
