"Bexley B&B went above and beyond with our stay! Even when we had a snafu with our room code at 1am they answered the phone and helped us (we felt so bad calling at that hour). "The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason. The luggage carts are a weird triangle shape so nothing fits on them. The sidewalks have huge cracks in them so the luggage carts will get stuck and all your luggage will fall off. There were blood stains on one of our comforters. "I really like this property and its location. I have stayed here for past two years during our annual church conference. My only complaint would be the lack of carts during my arrival and departure. Otherwise, my stay was excellent."

"I noticed immediately how dirty it was. Then as I was touring the apartment the shower was dirty and had paint peeling and 6 inch strips along with rusty metal lung to the bottom. I had bought $ worth of groceries for the week when I get back to the room the very next day from work, I realize the fridge was not cold enough to keep my food at a safe temperature. "This is a beautiful, well kept property. I always meet great people and enjoy the conversation over breakfast. I’ve been twice and highly recommend them. If you are traveling in summer I would not recommend the top floor. Ohio gets super hot. I went during a heat wave. The property was cool but the 3rd floor loft was a bit warm. "We liked nothing about this property. Bug infested and the outside is horrendous. Still waiting on Expedia and Jungle House to provide a total refund. Expedia customer service is saying they are not receiving a response after several attempts to reach Jungle House. If this is the case, why is Expedia allowing a non-responsive property to be advertised on their platform and why is Expedia not doing right by its customer? We have used Expedia for years and booksat least 20-30 times per year but...
