Cozy Studio With Loft Centrally Located In Negril.

Make memories with us as we offer you access to your own cozy, beach themed studio with a loft located in Negril, Ja. This coastal little studio has everything a small group of four needs for a relaxing vacation. Included in the studio is a full bed, 2 twin beds, a complete kitchen, bathroom, AC, flat screen TV & WI-FI for your enjoyment. The Supermarket is just a few steps away that will provide all your essential groceries and adult beverages to ensure that your fun never ends.

CHECK-IN: • Check-In time is at 3pm. When you arrive to the property, go through the alley between the Supermarket and the Boutique store. Walk up the staircase to the right to get upstairs the apartments.

Check-out time is by 11am on your departure date. We ask only that you take out the trash before you depart.

Important Studio Information: Hot Water: To turn on the water heater you will have to press the red button to the left in the kitchen. The hot water only works in the bathroom not in the kitchen. Please turn it off when not in use. Microwave: Please follow directions listed on microwave for use. Hairdryer: We currently do not have a hairdryer in the rental so you will have to bring your own. There are no outlets in the bathroom but there is one right by the door. Trash: The main trash bin is located outside the studio to the right. It is a large black bin with "Sunshine Complex" written on it. Ants: Do not leave food in the trash inside or lying around because it will attract ants/pests. This is anywhere you go in Jamaica. It is best to discard any leftovers in the trash bin outside or keep your food in a closed container in the mini-fridge.

Parking: Parking is available on site. There is a security guard on-site in the nights so vehicles are secure, however, we will not be held responsible for any theft or damages to vehicles.

Recommendations: Airport Transportation Airport Taxi – Please contact me to schedule pick up and drop off with a local taxi driver that you can utilize for airport pick up and drop off as well as other destinations.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of minor issues that the host responded to and corrected promptly. There is a food court, grocery store and medical clinic onsite. Its a short cab ride to the beach and local sopping is within an easy walk. The only disappointment was the pool is out of comission. We will definitely book again.

Pictures of rental unit are correct

Owner (Shana) was very responsive and helpful. The arrival Directions should include that you to enter through the Hilo store parking lot and go up the stairs to the lockboxes & units. The Unit does have Wifi. The unit was clean and pictures matched the VRBO posting. There is no working pool onsite ( note: this was not included in my amenities, but there is a picture on the VRBO site for the Sunshine Villas). There was a covid 19 testing site next door so that is convenient. I enjoyed my stay overall

Séjour parfait à NEGRIL

Propriété propre et confortable, près de toute les commodités, à distance de marche. Appartement avec deux climatiseurs. Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité en tout temps, les habitants locales sont très sympatriques. Le propriétaire attentif et accessible très rapidement via courriel.
