Andrea was vet accommodating and understanding. Our travel plans got delayed many times due to flights and she was always quick to respond to messages and offer assistance.

Beautiful townhome stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhome. We traveled with 3 small children, 6 and under and had a wonderful time. Everything was working and as described during our stay. The community was very nice, well kept, and quiet. We loved the secluded beach and beautiful pool nearby. The owner and property manager were so helpful, and even helped us arrange a driver for airport transfer, and trips into town. They also provided a mid-stay cleaning service. We have been to Jamaica so many times, but this was our first stay off a resort, and I’ll just mention a few things we learned. Plan on purchasing or bringing all toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc). It is worth packing an extra bag with grocery staples, if you plan on cooking at home, especially with kids. The baggage fee is less than the price difference. American food is very expensive on the island. All the more reason to support the yummy local restaurants I suppose. A few do deliver. Currently as of September 2024, the RIU nearby is under major renovation. We tried to access the other beach by following the trail Over to RIU but the gate they normally leave open was locked during our stay, most likely due to the construction. The nearby water park is still not open quite yet. Our driver said they only open for private events Since Covid. The island is just as beautiful, and the people are just as friendly as always. The property was nice, well kept, and clean. We would stay again.

One of the best vacation rentals I've ever stayed at!

Everything about the 4 day stay at this rental property was great! I wanted to stay at a property that was close to a beach, close to Margaritaville, Rick's Cafe and the local Negril restaurants. This property checked all those boxes. (It actually has a private beach within the gated community). The home itself was high quality. It has new appliances in the kitchen, comfortable couches in the living room and comfortable mattresses in the bedrooms. The patio furniture was pretty comfortable too. All three bathrooms were very modern and clean. Master bathroom had a beautiful soaker tub. I had last minute change to my transportation from Montego Bay Airport and the host was able to provide safe and efficient shuttle service to pick me up and drop me off. The property manager was great and made sure I had everything I needed. So if you're looking for a clean, comfortable modern style property with all the comforts of home in a quiet and safe community you should book this one!

Nice and clean

The property was very clean looks exactly like the pictures in the listing. There were a few mishaps 1. The power went out due to electrical work being done in the entire subdivision. 2. The dishwasher didn't work. 3. The washing machine didn't work but it was repaired in a matter of hours. The dryer stopped working the day before we were leaving, at that point I was totally done The one thing I felt that should be disclosed in the listing are the rules. If I would have known what her rules were I would have never stayed there. No visitors, I have friends in Negril Didn't like that there were cameras on the front and back of the house. I understand the security issue, but I felt like it was an invasion of my privacy. Did not use the deck to sit out and relax, only to dry clothes after the dryer stopped working, plus the mosquitoes were ridiculous. You need a vehicle or a driver to get around. The private beach is small but nice. Part of the beach is very rocky. We walked to 7 Mile Beach which is about a 15 minute walk thru the trail and pass the RIU Resort. 7 mile beach is very beautiful, food, bar and music . If you are a beach lover like me please check out 7 mile beach if you've never been. Also don't use American dollars change your money to Jamaican dollars go to NCB bank you can use the ATM to get American or Jamaican $$. Please disclose all of your rules and let people know about the cameras in your listing. I would suggest a few bottles of water upon arrival especially after a long flight and a hour and 30 minute drive from the airport. The Manager Tavaughn can be a little annoying.
