"This is a beautiful hotel with delightful staff. The restaurant on-site is wonderful! Parking at this hotel is disappointing. I was there on a Sunday and paid $20 to park in a lot across the street. Afterwartds I realized that I could have left my car parked on the street for free and been closer to the hotel. "I was quite surprised by the cleanliness of this motel, and friendly staff. Room was very clean . The only thing I didn’t like was the fact there is no elevator in the building. "The hotel was overall just fine. The hot tub jets were very weak, but they were at least at a manageable height. The only ice machine was on the first floor. The toilet was normal with the toilet paper within reach (which you would think is not hard to find, but it really is). There were very long hairs both in the toilet paper and inside the clean towels. If housekeeping kept their hair pulled back it could be easily avoidable. The fridge and elevator worked but the elevator had the worst smell...

"The bed was perfect after a long day of traveling. Clean. One elevator was working, the other being serviced but it wasn’t a problem since they weren’t busy. The bathroom furnishings were worn, caulk was cracked in between the tiles and there was a little area of water damage. "

"Service was excellent. I was placed in the room I requested, thank you for that!! The bed was wonderful, I really appreciated the fact that the AC wasn't leaving the room muggy and damp like some do. Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. The attendants were awesome and hard workers! I like using the app to unlock the doors, it's a great convenience perk! Upon arrival I found a dirty floor in my room. I ended up asking for a vacuum and cleaned the floor myself - the front house manager did...
