"We truly enjoyed our stay at Hilltop Inn. The Inn and our room were beautiful, clean and cozy. Liz was super friendly and helpful, and no details were missed. We enjoyed the daily breakfast, snacks, boardgames, and hot tea in the afternoon! Close walking distance to the wharf - but im assuming the Hilltop name was a nod to thier location - it's uphill from the Wharf! Would highly recommend!"

"The hotel’s location is fabulous. It’s in a very quiet part of Newport and a short 7 min walk to Thames Street. My room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The sheets were like butter and my pillows were the best part! The bathroom was a little small but everything else made up for it. I will definitely be staying there again!"

"We never saw any staff during our visit- but everything was clean and comfortable. They have no onsite parking - but they offer free parking a little more than a mile away and it’s easily walkable. Breakfast was very basic- bagels, yogurt, coffee and fruit offerings- fine. Amazing location and beautifully decorated."

"Upon checkin, I couldn't find the building that the front checkin counter told me to go to. Even upon double-checking, I still couldn't find it. It is simple once you know where you're going but if it isn't obvious they need to have a paper showing the location or they should explain how to walk there. All we got was a person pointing backwards to the left and that wasn't clear enough for us to identify the building."
