Come relax at Sunray, a 2-story townhouse in a gulf-side complex with direct beach access. Enjoy a 3-minute walk from the front door to the sugar white sand and emerald surf without having to drive to the beach. Located near Florida's longest fishing pier, the Sea Turtle Conservation Center, and local dining options. With its central location between Pensacola and Destin, there is no shortage of things to do nearby. Visit and see why Navarre Beach is "Florida's Most Relaxing Place".

* 2 bedrooms, both upstairs, one with a king bed, and the other with two double beds
* Cooling memory foam mattresses
* Roku TVs in both bedrooms for you to log into your streaming accounts and watch your favorite shows
* Large bathroom with double sinks and shower/tub combo upstairs between the bedrooms
* Full-sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, broom and dustpan, and a hand-held vacuum sweeper
* Living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath located downstairs
* Queen size sleeper sofa in living room
* Cable TV and comfy seating in the living room
* Seating for 4 at the dining room table with additional bar seating
* Outdoor dining table and chairs on the back patio
* Kitchen stocked with dishes and silverware, stainless steel appliances, blender, waffle maker, slow-cooker, drip coffee maker, and Keurig coffee maker. Bring your favorite coffee or k-cups.
* Beach bag and beach towels provided for guests to use when visiting the beach or swimming pool
* Beach chairs and umbrella provided for guests to use during their stay
* Small supply of laundry detergent, dish detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, and travel-sized shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash and soaps is provided. Please plan to bring or purchase your own toiletries if you need extra.
* Other amenities: Wi-Fi, shared complex pool (seasonally heated), outdoor shower for rinsing off after a trip to the beach, and private back patio w/ charcoal grill.

We had a great time in Navarre! The property was very clean, had easy access to the beach (just a short walk) and beds were comfortable. We were grateful the host left beach towels for us to use and various beach chairs to choose from. That helped us pack a few less things! Definitely recommend.

Sunray on Sugar Beach

We had an absolute blast with our 4 and 8 year old. The Sugar Beach condominium as a whole is very nice, because it allows so much more space than the high rises allow on the beach. We had a furniture issue the tenants before us left, but it was communicated, and we moved right along. Great ownership and communication. Very clean and welcoming.

Sun-Ray Townhome - Navarre Beach

The Sun-Ray Townhome was conveniently located next to Navarre Beach which has nice white sand and is very clean. A very mellow crowd on the beach as it was very relaxing. The Townhome was clean with a modern kitchen equipped with dishes, pots, pans etc. Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room. Just three minutes from the beach. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Gina was great to work with and promptly answered texts to answer questions we had. We also found good places to eat in the Navarre area plus a couple of nice ice cream shops. We will return for a future vacation as we enjoyed our stay at the Sun-Ray.

Excellent condo near the beach

My family and I had an excellent stay. Beach is right behind the condo, and is visible from the upstairs bedroom. Very clean and small toiletries and other supplies were much appreciated. Would definitely book again!

Fun and Sun at Sunray

We only stayed 2 nights because we were doing a self paced golf trip along the shores trip. It was a great book for only two nights (which can be hard to find), super clean, and the host made everything easy! The beach is a short walk over the boardwalk and there were beach chairs and towels provided!

Amazing!

We had an absolute amazing stay here! Very clean, spacious, and conveniently placed right by the beach. Perfect spot to spend the day at the beach or have a short walk right over to the pier where we got to see sea turtles, dolphins, and all the excitement of the fisherman! We will definitely be back!

Clean, beautiful townhouse

When we walked in the door you could see and smell how clean the house was. It was exactly as described and very nice. The water pressure in the shower is awesome. Its a nice, quiet location with good beach access. Gina the property manager answered the questions we had instantly. Someone had apparently taken the Roku from the downstairs TV, when i asked about it she had another one delivered at 11 pm at night. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay here at Sunray! Clean, comfortable, close to the beach — what else can you ask for? Gina was amazing to deal with, she was always very quick to response to any questions that we had. Wonderful hostess! The condo was equipped with all cooking utensils, bath & beach towels, nice beach chairs, umbrellas, & beach toys! Also had hotel sizes toiletries! We loved our stay!

The check in and out process was easy. The townhome was clean and had plenty of towels ect. The owner supplied beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas. I will definitely be staying here again in the future

Amazing time..

We had a great time, place was clean, well supplied, had beach towels for us, close to the pool, and 2 minute walk to the beach. Only down side is I thought we were facing the beach from some of the pics but other than that it was perfect. We would definitely come back!

Family Beach Trip
