Steps from the white sand of Navarre beach. We offer a family friendly rental so you can enjoy everything Navarre beach has to offer.
Rooms are set up with a queen, full and full/twin bunk. Bathrooms are centrally located on both the 2nd and 3rd floors. We offer beach chairs and sand toys so you can have to bring your own. The is a shared laundry area on site. The shared laundry area is only shared between the top and bottom unit.

Check in time is 4pm.
Check out time is 10am.
No smoking on the property to include inside or on the porch/balcony.
Renters are required to be 25 or older to rent.
Full drivers license submitted to host is required or reservation will be cancelled.
No pets
No events or parties
*Navarre Beach is growing which sometimes means there may be construction around the townhouse. We try to stay up to date with building in the area and let guests know ahead of time.

Parking can be a bit crowded during the spring and summer. Guests with more then 2 cars we ask that you use the county overflow parking in the area.

* We provide toilet paper, trash bags, and shampoo/conditioner to get you started during your stay. After that you are responsible for providing.
