Who wouldn’t want to spend their vacation on Navarre Beach, FL, especially when you can stay in this fabulous 2BR/2BA upscale gulf-front condo on the highly desired 16th floor of the Pearl Building. The condo has absolutely spectacular views of the Gulf and surrounding area.

This lovely appointed large condo has an incredible view from the floor to ceiling, wall to wall sliding glass doors to showcase the Gulf of Mexico. The sliding glass door lets in an abundant amount of light. The condo can comfortably sleep 6 people with a king bed in the master and a King in the second bedroom and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living area. The master bathroom offers an oversized shower and separate oversized tub. The second bathroom is newly renovated and is a shower and single vanity.

Bedroom Configurations:
Master bedroom: (1) King bed: sleeps 2.
2nd Bedroom: (1) King bed: sleeps 2.
Living Room: Pull out Couch-Double bed: sleeps 2.
The condo feels airy and spacious, the open concept is incredible!

The balcony on the back of the condo is the perfect spot to sit, relax and enjoy a glass of wine.

The fully equipped main kitchen has all you need for fabulous meals during your stay. All dishes, cutlery and pots and pans are provided. The dining table offers a beautiful view of the Gulf and island.

The West pool is heated full-time.

The wide expansive beach front is a most desirable key feature of the Pearl.

We do provide foldable beach chairs for the number of guests the property sleeps.

You are very close to Navarre Beach pier if you want to go fishing or a beautiful walk. Close by, you can rent jet skis, kayaks, boogie boards and stand-up paddling boards.

Navarre Beach is centrally located between Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach/Destin so there are plenty of opportunities to experience the beautiful Gulf coast. You also are just minutes from Pensacola Beach along the Gulf national seashore where there also are lots of dining and entertainment options. Navarre is close to both the Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach airports if you are planning to fly. There are plenty of rent-a-car locations on site.

This unit is a No-Smoking, No Pet condo. The minimum age to rent is 25.

*After first warning for disruptive behavior.
*Bringing any type of pet into the home.
*Smoking in or around the home.
*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement.
*Minimum age to rent is 25 and booking guest must be present at the property throughout the stay.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $800.
If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.
