"The value is in the prime location, but not the room. We paid far too much for a windowless room with stained carpet, no lamp on far bedside table, noisy environment (music from bars, clear conversations from other rooms, footsteps and furniture being moved overhead at 2:30am) and worst of all, variable shower water temp and ultimately a hot water fail. "

"Everyone and everything was great.However for the money we paid ,I think breakfast should be supplied.Less luxurious hotels offer a buffet breakfast in with the costs.Over $300-$400 for one night should qualify for built in breakfast."

Also we only had staff come clean once and they did not replace the toilet paper. We ran out and had to go to the front desk for more. I would stay here again. Those are minor complaints"

"So the water heater went out the one night that we stayed there.So there was no hot water for a shower that night.. Renovated, it's very pretty.The beds were comfortable , but we were not impressed with their breakfast in the morning."

"The hotel smelled clean in the lobby and the room we stayed in was fairly clean but the hall ways smelled like an old drunk chain smoker. I guess from the carpet and the stained walls in the hallway. The breakfast was pretty minimum and not impressive at all ,pancakes and packaged muffins and bagels and cereal. "I tried this property about a year ago and said I would not return. I decided to give them a second chance and it was just as bad or worse this time. The sheets were dirty. The pillows were dirty. The towels hanging in the bathroom had boot prints on them, not to mention the roach on the floor. There won’t be a third trip."
