"Room clean, staff very friendly "

"The entire second floor is being renovated but the desk clerk sent us there anyway. The room smelled of mildew, the curtain wouldn't draw and the A/C wouldn't work. We brought the desk clerk up to look at the room and she put us on the third floor. The room was nicer, but the TV control was malfunctioning and the in-room coffee maker wouldn't work. Breakfast was OK. "

"Overall the stay was good. However, for a handicapped person staying on the 2nd floor with no elevator available was challenging. The sitting chair had a wheel missing. Unable to use. It was mentioned to staff, but no response. For those guest like my husband and I who has a late evening flight the opportinity to have a later checkout time would be helpful. Some hotels charge an additional fee. Normally half price of daily room rate. And some hotels, have a holding space, at no charge, if guest...

"Lobby and breakfast area were clean and neat; food was fresh and tasty. Hallway carpet was torn up where there had been an apparent ice machine leak and smelled very musty with a heavy odor of disinfectant. After the first two uses, the coded room key-card didn't work and the lady at the front desk said she would let us in, but to get a new key we had to wait until that afternoon when her brother came in.
