"We are so happy with our stay here. Family of 4 (kids 11 and 12). We were lucky to book a larger suite and it felt like home away from home. The property is brand new, and being central to a lot of places we wanted to visit, the location is awesome! We walked to the Pokemon Center DX in Ginza with no issues. "The hotel rooms are as advertised and surprisingly quiet given it's at the Tokyo Station. Service was exceptional. House keeping was amazing, and you never felt like any request was too small or a bother. Nespresso in the rooms along with a kettle. Amazingly hot shower with fantastic water pressure. Highly recommend."

"The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. Tokyo is a very big city and Ginza is a very central “neighborhood”. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! The entire staff is well trained and very attentive, including with our 7-month-old baby - special mention for the VIP service for him. We will definitely be back!"

"Only there 1 night. Nice property. Convenient location to train station, shopping, restaurants and bus to Narita. Comfortable bed and pillows. It was pricey compared to other hotels but it was a full suite with in suite kitchen and laundry not just a hotel room. "

"The level of care and thoughtfulness for their guests is commendable. From providing hygeine and skincare products, to heating pads for pain. The room was very clean and neat, the bathroom as well. I would recommend them over and over again. 10/10"

"We had fantastic stay in our corner city view room. The room was large with floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the shopping area. The location was perfect, close to everything. The staff were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. We caught the bus from Narita airport and it stopped minutes from hotel.
