"We loved our stay at the Tokyo Station Hotel. This is such a beautiful property with welcoming and staff. The rooms are large (especially the bathroom) and this was the most comfortable bed we had while staying in Japan. The location makes it easy to hop on the subway or a train and there are so many restaurants in this area. We appreciated the help with transferring our luggage to the airport! We would definitely stay here again!"

"We had an unpleasant experience with the staff. I borrowed a ruler from a male staff to measure the baggage size and return it to another staff (female) immediately , since the male staff was talking to customers. Around 11pm, the male staff knocked our room door very loudly, ask me to return the ruler. I explained to him that I returned the ruler to one of his colleagues, he said that nobody told him. "The ability to do laundry in the room was extremely convenient. The hotel also supplied detergent which was great. The rooms had a fridge/freezer and microwave. The water pressure was great in the shower and the Toto washlet toilet was heavenly. The relax station on the second floor provided tea/coffee and a place to refill water bottles. We had a evening flight and the staff safely stored our luggage after check out. The location was great. The room was small but I would definietly stay...
