Absolutely amazing!!!!! The townhouse is beautiful and very well stocked! Perfect location with an amazing private beach, away from the crowded busy beaches. Owner is very responsive with great hospitality. We hope to come back one day. 10/10 recommend!!!!

We visited the property in late April/early May with three kids (ages 2-8) and grandparents. The townhouse had everything we needed for an incredibly comfortable and relaxing stay, and the location couldn't be beat. Walking right out of our covered porch onto the sand was absolute heaven. There were other families around over the weekend, but by Monday/Tuesday we had the beach to ourselves. The water was stunning and warm -- deep enough to swim, but shallow enough at low tide for the kids to watch fish and jump the waves. The pool is close enough to this unit that we didn't need to wear shoes -- but far enough away that we didn't hear other families using it. It was a little too hot to spend much time at the playground or tennis/pickleball courts, but I was glad to have them available to us. We used the paddleboard and kayak to explore the nearby marina. The new grocery store down the street was so convenient and well stocked.The two drawbacks -- and these are very minor -- were that the kitchen is tight (definitely a one person situation) and the only walkable restaurant is a little overpriced and food is underwhelming. That said, we went three times because the location was perfect, we didn't have to worry about getting a table, and the views were stunning.I've been to a lot of Caribbean and Bahamian locations and this one is right up at the top! We would go back in a heartbeat.

Our family of 8 (including 2 toddlers) had an amazing stay at this beach front house! It was perfect for our family getaway -- immaculately clean, fully stocked with all the amenities we needed and just steps from the ocean! Mike was fantastic - very easy to communicate with throughout the process, friendly and very responsive. Mike provided an extensive guide prior to our arrival with very thoughtful recommendations for anything you could possibly want during your stay. We could not have asked for a better experience. Love & Leave you but can't wait to return!!

Our family of 5 adults spent a week at this property. Interior was very clean and comfortably furnished. Kitchen is well-equipped and included items not usually found in vacation homes. (ex.,lettuce spinner). We spent most of our time outside, enjoying the beach and the incredible views. The one day it rained, we sat on the covered back deck playing cards. Mike was incredibly responsive to all questions and requests. If our travels take us back to this area, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

What a relaxing and amazing experience we had staying at Palm Cay. The view was stunning and having the ocean right in front of our unit created an unforgettable experience for our 11 year old son. The restaurant on site was perfect and we eat there everyday. A few helpful tips: pack beach shoes to use in the water and if you are a coffee drinker our unit had a Nespresso machine. I promise you will love this VRBO!

From the moment we drove into Palm Cay resort and then saw our beautiful beach house we were so happy. The view from the back patio is amazing and so peaceful. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrise and sunset every day. The house is in immaculate condition and has everything that you need in the kitchen. We loved paddle boarding and kayaking plus just hanging out on the beach. Mike was an amazing owner to work with and we could not ask for a better vacation. Mike worked with us when our flight was cancelled and we were able to add an extra day. Highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed the beautiful, spacious beachfront property on Starfish Isle in Palm Cay the week of Christmas. It certainly lived up to the name as many little starfish were found and promptly returned to their home in the sea.The property was perfect with paddle board, kayak, snorkeling gear and small beach toys. Plenty of towels and clean rooms and fabulous views from upstairs balcony as well as downstairs patio.This property is gorgeous.Mike was helpful in responding quickly to a question we had about the tv, but our teens figured out that it worked just fine. It was a beautiful time to visit and we had no problems with finding a restaurant or coffee.Things certainly move slower there, so we learned to ease into a very pleasant pace.It was just perfect!!

Stunning views, a great place to unwind. The hosts were great and very helpful, the accommodations were comfortable and clean. Access to the beach and ocean could not have been easier and tennis/pickleball courts along with the playground were first rate. The whole family truly enjoyed their time spent!

Five ladies celebrating their 50th birthdays - the absolute perfect spot for us - the house was clean, well equipped (special call out for the quality wine glasses, champagne flutes and coffee mugs!), spacious and on the most beautiful beach!!! We couldn’t have asked for more!! The ride to resort areas or downtown is approximately 20-25 min, but well worth it for the beautiful space!! FIVE STARS!! Cassandra was the best taxi on the island - we used her for the entire stay and enjoyed every ride with her - Cassandra was the icing on the cake of a perfect getaway!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful villa right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay. This area felt exclusive and very private. The villa was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Vanessa was very welcoming. There is only one restaurant next door however, that was not a problem. We went grocery shopping and cooked as if we were home. This was a family vacation to celebrate my 40th birthday and it was just perfect! I would definitely go back and will recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for everything!

This property offered beautiful beachfront views and was exactly as described in the listing. It was large enough to accommodate our party of nine adults though probably better suited for eight. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes and small appliances. Bathrooms were well stocked with bath towels and there were plenty of beach towels. We spent a large majority of our time outdoors and found the patio furniture and all lounge chairs quite comfortable. The availability of a couple of floats, SUP and kayak was and added bonus though it would have been nice if a couple of beach chairs for use in or near the water were provided. The Pink Bar and Pink Octopus located on property offered nice options on days we chose to stay on property and not cook. All the staff was incredibly friendly and the food and drinks exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend the Pink Octopus as it was there we experienced some of the best food of our stay! The Palm Cay property was well maintained and we felt very safe during our stay. The location of Palm Cay is a distance from the tourist sections of Nassau so if you plan to visit other areas, I would recommend securing car service for your stay or renting a vehicle. Taxis were expensive and in some instances not very reliable. Overall, it was a great vacation!

The really is no other way to describe. The was by far the best tropical vacation we have been on. The property is simply amazing. Before arriving, we read some complaints about the property staff and costs for membership. The staff was great. Very friendly - feel like a made a few friends for life. And the cost for membership is only $22/day. Big deal. Cheap to be able to enjoy the facilities. Highly recommend booking the transportation. Nigel and Jamon took great care of us whenever we need to leave the property. We will be back!!

We had a wonderful stay. We are a family of 8 and we all had plenty or room to spread out. The location of the beach was AMAZING. The communication both between the owners and the property manger were spot on. Vanessa did a great job answering all our questions. She also arranged a private chef ( Dudley) and his meal was incredible!! We also used a photographer Warren, also arranged by Vanessa. The Pink Octopus has really great food and the staff was very friendly. Solomon’s market is a short drive and had everything you would need for your stay. We had two cars and getting around was super easy. Highly recommend this condo. Most days we had the beach to ourselves.

Beautiful view, walked right out onto the beach which was absolutely picturesque! Some of the beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable and we needed to walk to buy more toilet paper and paper towels at Solomon’s, but other than that house was stocked well with towels. Great time!

Lots of bugs lots of mold. all floors very dirty. Furniture/accents pictured not in actual home. patio has cheap table set (the accents that are shown are not even available in the home) and no couches/coffee tables on terrace, no decorative accents, the upper terrace does not have the furniture shown. furniture in condo is very run down and super dirty. 3rd floor balcony has pencil scribbling all over. 3rd floor bathroom has rusty, dirty accents no handsoap. Bedroom table accents are bowls of sand. No hand towels. 2nd floor master had a filthy duvet. The shower with 2 huge heads but not much room to stand, we tried taking a double shower but hot water ran out in 5 minutes. There are 3 showers in the house but no hot water. 4 bathrooms in total and zero hand towels in entire house. No toilet paper holders 9 bath towels and all of the bath mats dirty so had to use bath towels as mats. 2nd fl bathroom marble sink/counter is completely rusted. Foaming hand soap pump filled with green dish liquid. Living furniture super dingey and not what pictured, put a clean towel to sit down. 2 of 3 Kitchen island chairs broken seat coming off. Fridge handle had sludge on it. 4 slot toaster had 2 working slots and a broken handle. Microwave lights not working. Nespresso pods for only half the stay. No umbrellas. No scissors. No salt/pepper. not private; people were laying all over beach. cleaning lady there until 530pm on checkin day, i was txtd to leave at 10am prompt on chk out! No good

This property was awesome! Having the beach just steps away from our back door was perfect. The pool was just a few doors down. Kitchen was well equipped. We were just not able to use the grill, seemed like only one side was working or something but we did fine without it. Vanessa was quick to respond when I told her about the propane tank being empty and quickly suggested taxi information. I would highly recommend this rental and will definitely come back with our family.
