I gave this property a 3 out of 5 for the following reasons:The good:1) house is beautiful2) owner/property manager was very responsiveThe bad:1) when we arrived, the door code (that i had to email the owner about) didn’t work. I had to call the owner number listed on VRBO - the number wasn’t the owner. LUCKILY, the lady who answered knew the owner (and said this happens “all the time”. Poor impression.2) the water in the master bathroom tub ran, literally, all the time. It won’t shut off. A huge waste of water, and excessively irritating when you’re trying to sleep3) the master bed, white sheets, had dried blood on them. Just not clean or healthy; had to sleep on top of comforter4) the RECLINING couch, does not recline. Doesn’t even work. 5) the water feature on the refrigerator doesn’t workThis is a nice property to stay a couple of days, I wouldn’t recommend staying longer than that.

Great Location; Work to be done

The home location is great and convenient to everything. Beds and comfortable. The home needs maintenance repairs and a deep cleaning; the Agent did say a new cleaning company was starting and the Owner was coming in to review the home, so maybe things will be fixed). Supplies are bare minimum in the home (no extra sheets (the ones on the bed were dirty), minimal kitchen items, etc). We did request a repair (master TV not working) and needed items (kitchen pot) and were told would occur but did not during 3 night our stay. The home is great but things definitely need to be addressed.

Clean house, convenient location

House was very clean, close to shopping, restaurants. Yard had not been mowed in quite awhile. There was minimal kitchen supplies. Host did not send us the code until we got there and had to call several times to get lock code. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Excellent stay

Property was very well maintained and met our needs wonderfully. Easy check in and out process. Neighborhood was really quiet, several stores, restaurants were in easy commuting distance. Our family enjoyed our stay.

Missing lock and doorknob from garage entry into the home. Unsafe conditions.

We never received a check in email day of check in. Instead I received a manual code per having to ask the owner for it.Upon arrival the code dis not work. We emailed the owner to request a code there was no answer. I then text the owner to request the code. Took a while and after being told to try again a few times. It did not work. This was a very chilly evening so we couldn't stand outside much longer.My sister was able to contact the owner again after a while. We received a new code. We then drove back to the rental. Found out that the garage door leading into the home was missing a knob. There was no lock which made the home unsafe. I decided not to stay as I felt unsafe. My sister stayed the first night. We paid for two nights and unable to fully use the property. Aa a patron we are reluctant to use VRBO again.

Nice place

This was a very nice place. We had a last minute trip to attend a funeral, this place was perfect for our family of four. Location was great and house was clean. Only gave 4 star because of a couple of issues 1. The dog next door was an outside dog and barked into the night. 2. I don’t realized this was a pet friendly home until it was too late. My daughter had an asthma attack due to some sort of animal presence. But, still a wonderful place to stay and hostess was great, to work with.

Perfect for our family

We were in town for a baseball tournament for 16 year old. We had our 2 sons as well as 2 grandparents. Everyone had their own comfortable space. Very clean and stylish. The home was as advertised.
