• A full-time tenant resides in the basement apartment.
• Access the home via a small step at the front entrance; the entrance is a short (100 ft) uphill walk from the parking area.
• The driveway slopes down from the main street and has drop-offs on either side, so exercise caution while navigating.
• Use the beautiful half-acre lot with creek, tree swing, and fenced area at your own risk; ground may be uneven.
• Firewood available for purchase at nearby grocery store.
• Guests to provide login credentials for streaming apps; no cable.
• The 75-year-old home has charming creaks and imperfections not visible in photos.
• Exterior cameras at front and side doors; no interior cameras.
• Washer and dryer located down one flight of stairs in the garage, shared access with the basement tenant.

📜 HOUSE RULES 📜
1. Guests must sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, or immediately if arrival is within 48 hours
2. Max occupancy is 6 persons at any given time
3. Booking guest must be 21 years or older and must occupy the property
4. Guests must park in designated driveway parking area or on the street to allow garage access to basement tenant; max 3 vehicles
5. Quiet hours are 11 PM to 7 AM
6. Pets are not allowed on the property
7. No smoking or vaping in the house
8. No parties or events; no glitter/confetti
9. Fire pit must be fully extinguished after use; water bucket available next to garage

Pecan Bell was more than we even hoped for. It is everything you see in the pictures and more. It is definitely quite and charming. The decor is amazing in the home is spotless! The next time my family of 6 goes to Nashville, we will definitely reach out to our host and book Pecan Belle. Speaking Of our host Laura, she went above and beyond. You can't go wrong with this property! The photo below is of my family at the fire pit roasting marshmallow

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend!

Our stay at this Vrbo rental was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn’t have been better—convenient to everything we needed while still being in a quiet and relaxing setting. The home itself was spotless upon arrival, making us feel comfortable right away.The owners were incredibly communicative, always quick to respond and eager to ensure we had the best experience. Perfect place for family vacation!

Pecan Belle was perfect for my family's Thanksgiving stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a holiday meal, and having Kroger nearby for groceries and firewood was handy. The cozy living room was great for coffee and board games, and the house’s vintage style added a unique character. The big backyard with tall trees and a firepit was great for relaxing one afternoon. The location was great. We took nice walks in the historic neighborhood, tried some of the nearby restaurants, and it was just a quick 15 minute drive to downtown. Thank you, Laura, for sharing your lovely home!

Just perfect

We (2 adults) were so impressed with the online listing and even more blown away by the actual property. Quiet, private neighborhood; cute cafe/breakfast spot close enough to walk to (.5 miles). Laura thought of every detail, every need, was a responsive and clear with communication. Exceeded expectations. We hope to be back!
