4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom. 2 Master Suites! Fully Furnished down to the bath towels and linens. Home is built and furnished in 2015. Fenced in Parking in the rear of the house. 5 minutes to downtown Nashville, Five Points, Titans' Stadium and the Farmer's Market.

3 Full Bathrooms with 3 full showers and a 4th half bath room next to the kitchen. Bedroom 2 and 3 have separate sinks from the shower to let everyone get ready at the same time.

We came to the home ready for Nashville. The accommodation was really great and the discription was accurate. The location was close to public transit and not far from all the Hotspots. There was plenty of space in the home and it was well decorated for that home away from home feel. t too far from any of the Nashville Hot Spota.

The house was perfect for my family (5). We had more than enough room to hang out after seeing the sights. Neighborhood was in a great location to get wherever you wanted to go. Our host were awesome to work with. Provided great recommendations. Only thing we would recommend is checking the grill and one of the beds up stairs. They could use a little updates. Would definitely stay there again when we come back.

We booked this house for a spring break concert for our daughter. The house overall is in good shape and not too far from downtown. The area around the house is less than desirable. We had a few issues with cleanliness and broken items around the home but the property manager was very responsive.

Came a college tour with family. Convenient location. Close drive to everything. Walkable neighborhood. Felt safe. Coffee within walking distance. Grocery was very close. I would stay again.

This was the perfect find for us in so many ways! Location is so convenient for quick, inexpensive Lyft trips to anywhere you want- Ryman, opryland, Belmont, broadway, etc. The host goes out of their way to welcome! The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was so nice to have so many bathrooms. The rent porch and balcony were perfect for morning coffee in the sunshine, even this time of year. Nice full kitchen with everything you need - plenty of garbage bags, dishwashing detergent, even really good Himalayan salt. Thankful for our gathering space! Felt like a home.

We had some problems with stuck shower head, unable to turn water off and getting Wi-Fi because the antennae had been dropped behind a credenza. We had difficulty contacting the property manager but once we did the problems were resolved fairly quickly at least within 6 hours. Recommendations: The oven doesn’t work and replace the kitchen faucet . The faucet is ridiculously hard to operate

Me and my friends came for my sister bachelorette party and the house fit all 12 of us comfortably and there was still room for more . The location was great a short easy Uber ride to downtown and all the locations you could want to go. Denis answered every question and gave great recommendations for restaurants and always answered in a timely matter. We had an amazing time in Nashville and the house was exactly what we expected if we ever come back to Nashville with a big group I would for sure stay here again

We had a full house of 12. We had plenty of beds, bathrooms and space. Picts are accurate space is super nice! We all had a great time, 15 minutes to downtown with inexpensive Ubers. Dennis was very responsive plus recommended places to visit. We’d definitely stay again! Thanks, Barb

10 of my closest friends and I came to town for NYE and feel so lucky we got to stay here! The house was perfect and the location was hard to beat!! We really were 5 minutes away from just about everything we wanted to do. The owners were SO sweet and accommodating, which made our experience this weekend even better. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm back in town.

We rented this property in September 2021 for a combined bachelor/bachelorette extended weekend. We had 11 of us total and this place fit our large group very comfortably. The home is just as pictured if not more beautiful in person. It was a quick bus/uber ride from downtown. This is one of the best VRBO rental experiences I have ever had. The property owner was extremely responsive and helpful. They even offered suggestions for things to do in the area. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you have a large group and are looking for a place close to downtown for a reasonable price, do not hesitate to book this property.

Stayed in this beautiful home with 11 friends for a 50th birthday celebration. Had plenty of room to spread out and relax while also enjoying a short Uber ride downtown for some fun. Owner was pleasant, helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Check in and out was easy. Overall a great experience and I will definitely check to see if this location is available again next time I'm in town!!!

This property exceeded all of my expectations! It was the PERFECT spot for my group of 16. We all had a place to sleep, spread out our suitcases and enjoy ourselves. I couldn't have imagined a better place, and Dennis made it extraordinary! He always answered me promptly whenever I had a question or concern leading up to our stay, as well as while we were there. The house was a quick uber drive to anywhere we wanted to go downtown, and was decorated beautifully as well!! I would definitely recommend this property and if I ever come to Nashville again with a large group, I will 10000000% stay here again. Just simply fantastic. Thanks again Dennis!

This was a perfect place to stay in Nashville. The house is clean, spacious, and easily accommodated our group of 16 women. The variety of rooms made for easy sleeping arrangements and we loved how many bathrooms there were as well. The owner provided great customer service, answering my many questions promptly leading up to the visit and was accessible while we were there as well. It is a quick $5/6 Uber ride to Broadway and other downtown attractions. Couldn't say enough about this place - don't hesitate to book!

Absolutely beautiful home. We had 16 girls fit perfect in this house, no one had to sleep uncomfortably. Tons of bathrooms so no one fighting for space. I highly recommend this home and will definitely be back!

I stayed at this property in April 2016 with 12 girls for a bachelorette party. It still smelled like a brand new house, all the fixtures were modern, and we could even connect to the Blue Tooth speaker in the main living area. The house was a quick Uber to downtown. Once, we actually even walked back to the house from Broadway, but I wouldn't recommend this (took about 50 minutes). My only concern, and the reason for 4 stars, is the safety of the area. More than one Uber driver told us not to go out the front door, especially after dark. We happened upon a cop nearby when we were walking back from downtown who also warned us that it was not a good idea to be walking out there. This was the middle of the day, even. I can fathom this neighborhood being sketchy, but also, we had zero issues besides the verbal warnings. The owner was responsive and accommodating.

I booked this house for my sister’s bachelorette party with 9 other girls and the house was perfect. Not only was it absolutely beautiful and spotless but it accommodated us all, we each had our separate space to sleep and get ready. Kevin guided me through the process answered all questions I had and was quick to respond even during our stay. Very close to downtown and the Gulch, lyft rides were very cheap. I can’t wait to visit Nashville again and will definitely be staying with Kevin again! Thank you!
