With a large sofa and several accent chairs, we welcome our guests to sit back, relax, and enjoy some streaming. The couch in the living room does convert to a sofa bed if need be.



BATHROOM:

There are 3.5 bathrooms, providing just the right amount of privacy for every traveler.



BONUS ROOM:

Hang out and enjoy a cup of coffee while overlooking the french doors to the balcony. The couch in this room is AWESOME for snuggling up and watching your favorite shows! This couch also converts to a sofa bed.



DECK:

Enjoy dinner under the sky or just hang out on the spacious deck!

2 car garage and parking behind the house.

The Neighborhood:

This is a very safe, dead-end street. Aside from the three other buildings on the property, the rest of the houses on the street are either residential or small businesses.



Getting Around:

Uber / Lyft; this spot is only 1.5 miles to 12 South, 3 miles to The Gulch and 3.5 miles to downtown.
