When I arrived at the hotel, there was no record of my reservation. The staff (desk clerk and, I assume, her superior) offered no assistance to me in resolving this mistake. I was told effectively that this was not Comfort Inn's mistake, and I was on my own for any resolution. I contacted Expedia, but it took about 20 minutes due to the difficulty of navigating Expedia's phone tree. I eventually spoke to a customer rep, received a refund of this reservation, and went to another hotel. I will never book with a Comfort Inn in the future. This hotel reflected poorly on Comfort's reputation.
