Conveniently located near the Parthenon & Vanderbilt University, and 8 minutes from Broadway. Townhouse capacity: 10 / Condo capacity: 8.

Perfect for groups, you'll have access to free parking on first come first served basis, a fitness center, and a fantastic year-round pool (not heated) for everyone to enjoy.



    Access from one property to the other:

    The two properties are directly across from each other on Avoca Street. Centennial Quarters sits opposite The Odyssey—it’s about a 1-minute walk between them. To walk from the townhouse to the Odyssey condo, exit Centennial Quarters onto Avoca Street and you’ll see the Odyssey parking entrance straight across the road. Cross to the parking area, then continue through to the building entrance. The pool and gym are accessed from the same side—located to the left after crossing the parking area.     Guest Access:

    Check-in is simple with smart locks. Before your arrival, we’ll send detailed instructions for both homes, with your door codes, directions to the unit, and any access info for shared amenities or parking. Please review these notes ahead of time to ensure a smooth arrival.



    The Neighborhood:

    West End is a residential, well-established neighborhood, adjacent to Midtown and Sylvan Park, near Vanderbilt, Belmont, Edgehill, Hillsboro Village, and Sylvan Park, and about an 8-minute drive to downtown & Broadway. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, while being within walking distance to tourist attractions such as the Parthenon, plus many music venues and restaurants (the Local, Bricktop's, Tito's).



    Getting Around:

    Travel by car is recommended, but Lyft, Uber, and private shuttles are great commuting options as well. And the Nashville Trolley Tour is another great way to explore Music City!



    Other Things to Note:

    ★Separate Units★

    This reservation includes two separate units. The townhouse and condo are not connected internally and require separate entry.



    ★Parking★

    Townhouse: Includes private parking, plus free street parking.

    Condo: Guests are encouraged to use the lower level of the parking garage, which offers 44 open spaces (including 5 handicap) on a first-come, first-served basis. The lower level also includes 23 reserved spaces marked with unit numbers—please do not park in any reserved spots that do not match your unit. If the lower level is full, you may use unreserved spaces on the upper level or available street parking on Long Blvd, 31st Ave N, and Avoca St.



    ★Pet Policy★

    Townhouse: Up to 1 dog under 50 lbs is allowed.

    Condo: Strictly pet-free. No pets are allowed in the condo.



    ★Access Codes★

    You will need 3 separate access codes:

    One code for the townhouse

    One code for the building

    One code for the condo

    Guests will be provided with a code to the unit prior to check-in. This code can be shared with your party.



    ★Amenities & Building Facilities★

    Guests have access to the building’s shared amenities and common areas. While we promptly notify the HOA or building management of any issues, we do not control the cleanliness, maintenance, repair, or availability of these shared spaces and cannot guarantee specific amenities will be available at all times.



    ★Smoke-Free Home & Community★

    In accordance with building rules, smoking is not permitted inside the unit or any common areas. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to fines or removal per HOA regulations.



    ★Supplies & Essentials★

    We provide a generous starter supply of essentials, including trash bags, toilet paper (at least two rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. If you run out during your stay or require more than what is provided, you are welcome to purchase additional items as needed.



    ★Families & Baby Gear★

    Traveling with little ones? A pack-n-play and baby gate (in homes with stairs) available upon request, subject to availability. Please message your host in advance if you would like a baby package prepared for your stay.



    ★Maintenance & Repairs★

    Each property is thoroughly inspected before arrival to ensure systems and appliances are functioning properly. If you experience any maintenance issue during your stay, please contact your host as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve it promptly; however, repair timelines may depend on vendor and contractor availability.



    ★Trash & Waste Disposal★

    Townhouse: All trash must be bagged and securely tied before disposal. Trash must be taken outside and placed in the trash cans located outside of the townhouse garage. Please do not leave trash inside the unit, garage, hallways, or any shared areas during your stay.

    Condo: All trash must be bagged and securely tied before disposal. Guests must take trash directly to the garage-level trash room and place bags inside the dumpsters provided. Please do not leave trash or recycling in hallways, outside doors, or on balconies.



    ★No luggage drop-off allowed★

    Feel free to park your car earlier than check-in time in the building's parking, and have breakfast at Starbucks or lunch at Tito's, or you can use of the bounce luggage drop off locations in West End.

The property is awesome and worked great for our group. The check in process was complicated and some of the codes did not work until we tried many times. The house was not clearly marked. There was a house number but it is behind an entry wall so not easy to see. Other than the check in process, this property was amazing and I would recommend it to groups.
