"We enjoyed our stay here ! The dome rooms were super cool! I took really nice photos here and was able to put together a nice video and received many good feedback! Weather was clear that day so we had a clear view of Fuji from our room! Staff was nice ! Just wish the breakfast was better !"

"Reasonable price. Breakfast is good. The car park is located at 2/F in which you can access through the elevator. Do not return to hotel too late or else you need to park open area/ another free park that 5 mins from the hotel. Hope that 1-2 more drying machine can be introduced. Since the washing procedure last only 30mins but most people spend 40-60mins for the dryer. "

"The staff are exceptional : genuine and respectful. The staff welcomes us every year when we return. After we climb the Mt Fuji and unable to walk further from our car to the main door, the staff will greet us from afar and help us with the luggage’s, not for tips but for their professionalism and values they cherish much. "This is the small hotel that they use the exterior for the Netflix drama series “ Hot Spot”. The interior is much more spacious than what we see in the TV show. It is located in the remote area and it’s inconvenient for shopping, etc. However, it is an advantage for people who want to avoid the hassle of overtourism in the Mt. Fuji area. "We loved our stay at The Gran Resort Princess Fujikawaguchiko. We arrived late at night and they were very helpful with check-in and once we realized I had left a cellphone behind in the taxi they were very quick to help us find it and contact the taxi company. "富士山登山の前日にログコテージに3人で宿泊しました。コテージの室内はベッドだけの簡素なものでしたが、エアコンも電源もあり、十分です。翌日が本番なので、キャンプを楽しむ予定はありませんでしたが近くのスーパーでBBQ用の野菜セットと肉を買って行ってサクッとBBQを楽しむ事ができました。お風呂が広くて綺麗でびっくり。トイレも建物内の綺麗なトイレもあったり、電子レンジも使えたりと痒いところに手が届いている素晴らしい施設でした。お陰様で充分、英気を養い、翌日は力一杯、富士山登山ができました。また利用したいと思います。"
