Overall, the house was perfect for our group of 7. The four bedrooms and the large second floor living room offered plenty of sleeping space. The kitchen was probably the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had in our 6 different stays in Narragansett. The two living rooms, deck, and patio offered plenty of hanging out space. Both bathrooms have relatively new showers with plenty of space. The neighborhood is pleasant and offers plenty of quiet roads for walking. While it is a bit of a jaunt to Scarborough State Beach if you walk along the road and sidewalk, it was easy enough to drop people and supplies off if you don’t want to pay for beach parking. Now, you didn’t hear this from me, but two of the houses in the area were vacant during our stay and so we may have been able to quickened one or two of the walks to the beach using shortcuts. The only minor points I would raise about the house is that the reclining chairs in the living room were a bit dated and maybe the space could use some added seating with something easy like a beanbag or two. Also, the 9 am checkout, while perfectly fine, is the earliest checkout I’ve ever had when renting a home. All in all, an excellent home with very good to excellent amenities and a solid location. Communication with the owner was also top notch throughout. Would certainly recommend for groups needing 4 bedrooms for sleeping arrangements and would not hesitate to book with this owner in the future.
