  • This beautiful victorian home with the all of its New England charm has been totally renovated ! Everything in the house has been remodeled with all new bathrooms, bedrooms, Central AC in every room of the house for you comfort, all new furniture and all freshly painted . You will love to be able to sit in the brand new modern Kitchen with granite counter tops , new custom cabinets and brand new stainless steel appliances. This oversized home for large families will want you coming back year after year!! Plenty of room for large families, with private sitting rooms off of 2 bedrooms.
    Over 3000 square feet of living space, detailed woodwork, hardwood floors in every room, with 5 full bathrooms including an outside enclosed shower. First floor has one bedroom with two twin beds for elderly parents that might join you ,along with a full bath off kitchen and sitting areas. Second floor has master bedroom with king bed and private bath, another bedroom with queen bed and a private sitting area and full bathroom with extra full size futton, fourth bedroom with another queen bed and a large shared bath in the whole way.Third floor has four bedrooms all with full beds and another full bath, one of those bedrooms has a private sitting area with a full size futon . All the rooms are beautifully and tastefully decorated with a an ocean theme in mind for your enjoyment .Enjoy two family rooms with large dining room and two decks. One large deck in the back for family gatherings and one in the front of the house for a cup of morning coffee while watching people pass you by. Large yard for family gatherings and kids to play along with an outside enclosed shower shared by small cottage in the back which may be rented along with the main house if you need extra space for extended family members .
    Less than a five minute stroll takes you to Narragansett Beach one of the better surfing waters in Rhode Island, seawall, delightful restaurants ,The Towers ,Coast Guard restaurant for sunset drink and shops. A short ride takes you to the Narrow river where you can enjoy fishing or Kayaking.
    Spend a day at the Galilee fishing port where you can take a deep sea fishing charter or a 30 minute ferry ride to beautiful Block Island.
    You are just 25 minutes from Newport and some of the best sailing waters in the world, step back in time to the golden age and enjoy site seeing tours of the Newport Mansions, or try your luck at Foxwoods casino just 45 minute drive.

Perfect place for our annual extended family vacation

This is the first time we stayed in Rhode Island, and the experience could not have been better. Accommodations were perfect for us, with comfortable beds and AC, which were both greatly appreciated after hot/humid days outside. The beach was close by and wonderful, and there is so much to do in the area. Many excellent restaurants nearby, several within walking distance. And Susan, the owner, was awesome.

Fabulous beach house for all ages!Plenty of room for large family gatherings to congregate.

We had three generations of family. Room for everyone. Front porch for quiet time, large deck to gather for dinner. Great kitchen. Huge Outdoor shower with plenty of hot water. Short walk to coffee shops , restaurants and to beach. Beach passes, toys, chairs provided. Well stocked kitchen. Owner was great.. We will be back!

Wonderful Family Gathering

The house, location, and Susan were all awesome! The house is charming, had plenty of space for our group, was super clean, and full of useful amenities. Walking to the beach was quick and easy. Great proximity to ice cream, shopping and restaurants. Susan was such a gracious host! She was very responsive and helpful while answering all of our questions. We had a lovely week and certainly recommend this property for your next vacation!!

Best Beach House Ever

This beautiful home had all the bells and whistles for my large family. Beach gear, large rooms, grill, great porch with plenty of chairs, large yard for games and the toddlers to play, plenty of parking and a great surprise....many spices for cooking. It's an easy walk to the beach or a bike ride. I took my mobility scooter. Cleanliness was a 5 star plus. Susan was available at a moments notice and great to deal with. We definitely will return. My family gets a beach house every year, and this was by far the best ever. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Better than we could have imagined!!

Family and friends gathered in this house for a wedding. I was overjoyed when I entered the home and saw how clean and well equipped it was for a large group of people. There is lots of room and the bedroom layout is wonderful. The house is comfortable and beautifully decorated and has a large deck with lots of seating which we really enjoyed. Susan was so great and contacted me several times to see if there was anything we would need beforehand and during our visit. The location of this home is stellar; within walking distance to the wedding venue (The Towers), beach, restaurants and coffee shops. This is a home I highly recommend!

Amazing family reunion!

Rented house and adjacent cottage for large multi family group celebrating my mom’s 80th! First floor living with bed/bath great for her, tons of space for everyone. Huge yard (bring a frisebee!) and deck with umbrella table. So close to the beach, bike path and terrific cocktail bars on the water. Susan was a great host- very responsive. Very very happy with our stay, and would highly recommend.

Welcoming home perfect location

Our son got married in RI and our family stayed in this home. It was wonderful! The beds are super comfortable, plenty of room for everyone, incredibly well located, and the house has everything you need. Susan is a sweetheart who truly cared about making our stay the best it could be. Rent this house, you won’t regret it!

Every year we take a vacation with extended family and this was our first time in Narragansett. The beach is beautiful and an easy walk from the house. The house had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our needs and was clean. Susan was easy to contact and responded immediately. We loved it here!

Perfect Location!

We are a family with different age groups who wanted to experience different things each day. This house was hands down the best home base we could have asked for. So convenient to the beach, shopping, and restaurants in Narragansett, and also close to Route 1 for travels to Newport, Mystic, or beyond. The house is huge and perfect for large families or groups. It has been renovated very recently and everything is new and very clean. We enjoyed the house immensely and even enjoyed a rainy day inside doing puzzles on the island in the kitchen. Honestly, it was the perfect fit.

Best family vacation ever!

Clean, easy walking distance to beach, nearby shopping and seafood markets (yum). Crossing areas and sidewalks, so family felt safe. Near police and fire department. Cute shops down the street, crepes, candy, ice cream etc. 5 bathrooms and outdoor hot shower to boot. Beach Chairs, night lights, loads of pot and pans, they had lobster crackers which we always bring with us but they had plenty. There is so much space that no one felt cramped. Reading on the front porch, watching the hummingbirds on the Rose of Sharon and people watching. Back porch eating dinner and hanging out. Warm ocean in August

Exceeded Our Expectations! A+++

Our extended family, from babies to grandparents, had an amazing stay! The house is better than pictured! Susan was so easy to communicate with and when she was made aware that the sand toys were missing, she went right out and bought them. It’s a spacious and cozy home. Downstairs is bigger than it looks with an extra family room. Deck was perfect for socializing in the evening and the back yard was great for frisbee and corn hole. Walk to beach was a quick 5 minutes and the beach passes made it so affordable. Highly recommend. We will be checking back to see if they have any openings for next summer for sure!!

Perfect Location

Vacationing with teenagers can be a challenge and this house was perfect for the adults to have a great time with very little worrying about the teens. Walking distance to the town beach, close to markets and dock (for lobsters and crabs off the boat). Susan was great to communicate with and very responsive. We already put a deposit down for next year! Great week away in a very safe environment.

This house was fabulous! The location was ideal for kids and adults, everything was so close!

We all just loved the house and the location! The house was so clean and very beautiful. The location was the best, we had kids aged 11-16 and they could just ride their bikes and walk everywhere. The beach was also so close, an easy walk even with our beach gear.Susan was so accommodating, it was a great experience renting from her!
