Casa di Piero is a three-room apartment born from the careful
renovation of a dwelling with typical vaulted ceilings, brought back
into view, which give the house an authentic atmosphere.
Today the apartment is a modern vacation solution in the town of Nardò, in a quiet and central area.
The entrance is a spacious living room furnished with 1 queen-size sofa bed. From here you enter the beautiful eat-in kitchen, from which you can exit into the small light well.
The sleeping area is 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom en shower. The second shower room completes the house. All rooms are air conditioned.

Casa di Piero is located in a quiet, central area, just 200 meters from
the castle and the entrance to the beautiful historic center of Nardò.
The area is well served. All the main services and commercial activities are within walking distance.
The
nearest beaches are in the marinas of Santa Caterina and Santa Maria al
Bagno, just 5 km away, but also very close are Portoselvaggio,
Sant`Isidoro beach, Porto Cesareo and Gallipoli.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 3pm to 9pm) and check-out (from 7am to 9am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 9pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
