The Stables - 2 Bedroom Cottage - Princes Gate

Welcome to The Stables, a luxury barn conversion set on the outskirts of the quaint town of Narberth.

The Stables exudes style, from the moment you step through the door you’re met with the stunning décor and cosy, country style.

On entering the property, you’re met with the spacious open plan kitchen/dining area. The kitchen has all the latest fittings, including an induction hob, oven/grill, built in microwave and dishwasher, providing you with everything you should need to cook up a feast if you so wish. The dining table seats four and is a great place to enjoy an evening meal in an ambient setting.

Moving on through to the living room, this gorgeous space has lots of stylish features. The chesterfield sofa is a lovely spot to sit back and relax whilst watching the widescreen smart TV. The rustic fireplace is finished with an electric fire, perfect for making evenings extra cosy! The wide French doors open out onto a small patio area boasting a hot tub.

Next to the living room, you’ll find the stunning master bedroom. The master comes with a super King bed, giving you plenty of space to relax. There is also handy built in wardrobe space, a dressing table, a TV and an ensuite wet-room completing this comfortable master.

Heading upstairs, you’ll find the main bathroom, finished to the highest of standard with modern fittings, including a bathroom with shower.

The second bedroom upstairs is a twin room that sleeps two. This spacious room has a lovely calm feel with its décor and includes a dressing table and plenty of space for storing your belongings.

Outside of the property, you’re surrounded by beautiful grounds and countryside, making this the most peaceful location for your stay. A parking space is situated right in front of the property on the private driveway.

The Stables is a luxury, countryside property, ideal for those who want a bit of relaxation but also close to all the local amenities and popular towns.

Please be aware that there will be a £50 charge if the hot tub needs to be emptied and refilled as a result of not adhering to the hot tub guidelines during your stay.

Lovely property

Great property, as per instruction.Couple of areas that need attention:1) Downstairs shower doesn’t drain properly2) Upstairs shower temperature gauge is broken3) Downstairs bathroom window doesn’t shut properly.Space was great, Narbeth was a bonus we were unaware of (amazing bakeries). Generally accommodation was great. Wifi access average…weak signal throughout our stay.

Perfect area

Lovely modern feel property in a perfect location to reach amazing places. Upon arrival we were pleased with the cottage, however the downstairs does feel rather cold and this was in August. The hot tub was lovely but did have a large amount of sand in there from previous guests. The wet room is a hazard as it is so slippery once used and as previous guests mentioned it does not dry up at all. When booking it said towels were included so I didn’t take any with me for a family of 4, the towels provided are tiny not even bath towel size so I contacted the host who said they would deliver extra towels but unfortunately they never arrived with us.The cottage is also not secure outside for dogs and they can quite easily wonder off. The WiFi is hit and miss.

Lovely cottage!

Lovely cottage and the hottub is a treat. Great things to do in the area, restaurants and pubs are nearby. I would recommend putting a shower screen in the wetroom though.
