Unit 210 at SoCe Flats is a modern loft designed to impress! The 1-bedroom, 2-bath duplex floor plan has ceiling to floor west facing windows spanning two levels and offers the largest under air square footage in the building. SoCe Flats is an exciting new condominium development in the most desirable neighborhood in Naples, the Paradise Coast?s most coveted beach town. "SoCe", named for the ideal location South of Central Avenue in Olde Naples, offers the unique opportunity for a luxurious short-term vacation stay, walking distance to the beach and elegant 5th Ave S shopping and dining district. The building was designed by renowned local architect, MHK, and the interiors are decked out with finishes and furnishings selected by coastal contemporary design experts, Clive Daniel Home.

UNIT DETAILS: The 2-level floor plan of unit 210 includes, on the entry floor, a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and a breakfast bar open to the living room, which can be a sleeping space for up to 2 people on a sleeper sofa. A full bath on the main floor offers convenience for guests and reserves privacy for the master loft! Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom loft has a king size bed, sitting area and an en suite bathroom with double sink vanity and a large walk-in shower. Covered parking on the ground floor is included for 1 vehicle. Designed to offer urban sophistication and amenities within a quaint beach town setting, SoCe Flats is an ideal place to enjoy the increasingly cosmopolitan Naples lifestyle!

AMENITIES: Onsite, the 18-unit building has an open air amenity deck on the third floor which features an outdoor grilling area, lounge and dining seating with a TV.

LOCATION: SoCe is located along the growing "8th Street Corridor" in Olde Naples just three short blocks from 5th Ave S and eight blocks from beach access at the end of charming 1st Ave S. Many other conveniences are within walking distance such as Wynn's gourmet market and CVS. As is common throughout Olde Naples, construction is ongoing nearby. There is a new building going up directly to the south, which impacts the views from the Amenity Deck but is not visible from inside the units. Noise is not of concern due to the building's solid concrete construction and impact grade windows.

PLEASE NOTE: A refundable security deposit is required for this property and will be collected directly by The Holiday Life prior to check-in. The deposit is typically processed 10–14 days before arrival and refunded after departure, subject to a property inspection.

The property has a luxury feel and is within walking distance to beach and 5th Ave shopping and dining! Was perfect for our first visit to Naples! Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely amazing and it’s in the best location. My favorite part was having a hair salon next door! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay at. I will be returning!!!

Location, Location, Location

The loft is perfect for a single person or a couple. It’s a few blocks from the ocean, grocery store, gym, and 5th Ave. It was very well appointed. It had everything that you could need in the kitchen along with beach chairs and towels. I’m super picky and it was very clean. I would stay there again if I was a party of two.

Place was clean, well supplied and very convenient. Overall very nice. I would strongly recommend blackout shades for the loft windows. The school across the street leaves stadium lights on all night. I had to find a sleep mask, as it was impossible to sleep. Also PLEASE work out the parking situation.

Fantastic Experience

This is a beautiful property. From the moment we arrived, we felt settled in. Everything we needed was there and easily accessible. Covered parking was great and an entrance directly off the carport was great. The condo was so nice, we preferred to just eat in most of the time. Having the in suite laundry was great and allowed us to return home with suitcases of all clean clothes. We thoroughly enjoyed the large shower in with the great shower head. Most days, we just didn’t want to get out! The decor was lovely and every space was well appointed. It was very quiet, despite the construction next door. We were not bothered by it at all. We can’t say enough about the pleasant experience we had and will definitely return. Thank you for giving us such great memories of our trip.

Absolutely Perfect

The unit was spotless and beautiful. Location was great, 3 blocks from 5th Ave and about a 1/4 mi walk to the beach. Building basically brand new and everything was described perfectly. In the spirit of transparency, a couple things you should know. On the 3rd floor there is an amenities deck with a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi works but the heater was not working. I was disappointed as that was not disclosed. Additionally, there are condos currently under construction right next door to Soce Flats. We didnt find it to be overly loud or problematic but worth mentioning as there are workers there all day. All that said, you should feel confident in booking this place. It was REALLY nice and the management company was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will be back!

Not as good as it looks

The photos look great and so is the location but there are issues with the unit and building that you should be aware of before deciding to book this unit. 1. The building is not being maintained very well. The amenity deck is a joke, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, the Grills don’t work and the spa is an algae filled mesquite infested swamp. This was reported to holiday life and we were told the owner had been fighting with the building manager about this ever since they bought the place. 2.supposedly you have to have a code to access the building but the fire escape door into the garage has been unlocked and open access to anyone for weeks. This was reported, but nothing was done to repair the door 3.the unit and second floor public hallway is full of little black nats or bugs. This a pet building so that might have something to do with it or the building could just have a bug infestation from the abandoned spa on the amenities deck but it was reported twice and nothing was done . we had to buy evo plug ins and keep a towel in front of the hall door to try to make the place livable. 4. The mattress is badly stained and the mattress pad is worn out. The mattress looks so filthy we put a blanket over it and put the linen on top of that. There were multiple other issues as well and I have photos but there is no place to upload them and I have ran out of space to continue.

This place is AMAZING

If you are looking for a place in south Naples with quick access to the beach, shopping, and dining, this is the one. Very secure and very well thought out with the traveler in mind from the lawn chairs the the cooler they are running this one the right way. We won't look any farther when we return to Naples this is where we will be staying. Thank you!!

Beautiful new apartments in a perfect location for the beach, 5th Avenue and Downtown Naples - all walkable. Our original flat was sold between us booking and arriving and the situation was sorted very quickly and we found ourselves upgraded to this wonderful loft. For the last night we went into the more standard room which was also perfect for us, we will definitely book these flats again. They are very well equipped with more than we needed or used! It's all new, clean, fresh and welcoming. Thank you to Kelly for her efficient service.

The daytime temp was typically 76 degrees, regardless of the thermostat setting - which was 73
