Naples’ Hidden Gem: Park Shore Resort – Just a mile from the Gulf’s sandy shores, this apartment is your serene escape in the heart of Naples. Experience the vibrant local life, just steps from top dining and shopping. Indulge in the contemporary living spaces, complete with expansive windows offering panoramic views of the picturesque grounds. Your dream vacation with all-inclusive amenities and easy beach access is waiting for you.

The apartment has incredible views from wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows; It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, Living room and spacious lanai. The apartment is furnished with lively contemporary furniture. It has two large Flat panel TV’s; A 55" TV in the master bedroom and a 65" TV in the living room. We have a telephone, Wi-Fi, complete kitchen with utensils. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment. This unit is one flight up. (and there is an elevator)

Dine in delight at our on-site restaurant; Hogfish Harry’s with its savory menu or opt for alfresco dining with our BBQ area. The resort’s picnic spots, and sundeck offer the perfect backdrop for Florida’s sunny charm.”

ONE MILE FROM THE BEACH. This unit is in the beautiful and famed Park Shore Resort in Naples.
The location could not be any better or more convenient. We are two blocks from Restaurants, grocery stores pharmacy, and almost anything else you may wish. We are one mile from the famed Gulf beaches, Venetian Village, Pelican Bay area. A short drive to Tin City, the famed 5th Ave South, and the most cherished 3rd Street South.

Location, location, location!! Close to so many restaurants and attractions. Our balcony overlooked the ponds and was a great spot for reading and relaxing. The restaurant was fantastic!

Love this little piece of Heaven

This is a perfect property for being close to many things we like to do like the zoo and boat rides and the beach. I love the private pool on this property and it’s always clean. The restaurant on property is also nice and good food. We like to take food to the pool. I love sitting on the balcony early morning with coffee and enjoying the view of the bridge and water and turtles. A must stay. We stay here every year. And we love the owner, Elliot. Such a nice man and always always calls us to see that all is ok.

Exactly as expected with a warm pool

The photos were accurate and the location couldn't be better. All the staff were very friendly. The pool was kept around 90 degrees which was perfect for us and made it easy to get in with the kids on the cooler days!

Awesome place when tripping to NAPLES!!!

What a wonderful property, close to everything!!! While the decor was admittedly dated, the apartment & amenities were just what we needed!!! A delicious restaurant on property & beaches just minutes away...what a REASONABLE price!!! Stay here if you get a chance!!! :))))))))

Glorious week in Naples!

We came to Naples to visit our son who moved down from Maryland a few months prior. Our 1st time in Naples and we fell in love!! This property is perfect! Very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked well, the TV's are GREAT!! The balcony/lanai is perfect for having your morning coffee and watching the ducks and birds. So peaceful and quiet. The location is great. A grocery store is right around the corner. There are several restaurants close by, and the beaches are close. Hogfish Harrys, right on the property, is fantastic! Elliot is a great host! We loved our stay so much we extended it a few days! You won't go wrong if you decide to rent this property.

Would definitely go back

We enjoyed staying at this condo in the Park Shore Resort. It is in a great location, has a nice view, is close to the pool and also the front of the complex making it easy to go out. It is an end unit on the second floor and was easy to access the parking lot. It had everything we needed and Elliot was a WONDERFUL host. We arrived early and he was gracious enough to let us check in. He then called to make sure everything was good. He was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. When I let him know that the toaster was not working he asked if we would pick up another one. When we did he not only reimbursed us for the toaster but added an additional amount for us to treat ourselves with. We would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

Cute Place

We loved the condo at Park Shore Resort. The grounds were beautifully manicured and the pool was luscious. Oou VRBO was cute, well decorated and just as it was advertised. This is my fifth VRBO stay and the was the first time we received a welcome basket with the necesiries... so nice!

Wonderful hideway!

We stayed 5 days and loved this condo. The pictures of the condo and property were beautiful and it didn’t disappoint. The owner kept in touch to see if we had any questions and responded quickly when I called him to ask a question. I definitely would stay here again.

A great place to stay in Naples

Super nice place! Clean and close to a lot of areas for shopping and the beach. Pool and surrounding areas are stunning. I would recommend this property without reservation.

Great Naples Family Getaway

This was a clean 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit GREAT for a family of 4. The unit was stocked with some extras also including a beach chair, umbrella, sand toys and more. The resort itself was great also with a heated pool and nature seen with waterfall. ALSO GREAT restaurant on premises. All in all, it was a successful trip.

Had a nice stay with minor changes.
