Newly Built Naples Park Home with Private Pool!

Your Winter Getaway! Walking and biking distance to Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor Wiggins State Park, Pavilion Plaza, and Mercato. This beautiful 2015 built rental boasts 3 bedroom plus den, 3 full bathrooms, and a 2 car garage. The upgrades include tile floors throughout, tray ceilings in the great room & kitchen, gorgeous custom cabinets, screened in lanai with heated pool and sittings area, double vanity in master bathroom, oversized island, and outdoor television. The home has been freshly decorated and painted. We provide 4 beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and 2 bicycles. Some artwork has being switched out since the photos were taken, & the Peloton has being removed.

Naples Vacation

Great house an location although they were putting in storm sewers and re-paving the road but we worked around that with ease. Mike the property manager was outstanding and when we had a few minor issues, he was all over it and solved any issues we had. Great guy.

This property presented well. Nice pool area, nice size kitchen, plenty of room for family and friends to relax. Perfect location, close to the beach, shopping, and incredible restaurants. Good communication with the owner!

Great week!

Our stay was wonderful. The newly renowned property was clean and made to feel like home. Our proppeety manager was very helpeful with any questions we had. The area was ideal and close to many fun and and popular beaches, stores and restaurants. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful and spacious home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and spent most of our time in the pool and on the patio. Michael was an amazing host! Would definitely stay here again.

Three weeks to escape Chicago winters!

Booked a three week rental to escape the Chicago winters and gather our 5 children and a few significant others together. The house was perfect - indoor, outdoor living room, neighborhood in North Naples with easy access to the beach, shopping, downtown and both Ft Myers airport and Naples Exec. Lots of beach chairs and open floor plan for family meals, games and fun.

Fantastic home.

This property seems to have been recently renovated as it was immaculate and very stylish. Had everything you could need, except a cheese grater😅,. Was too far for us to walk to the beach, took about 12 minutes to cycle to Vanderbilt beach, on the 2 immaculate and well maintained cycles. Lots of stuff for the beach in the garage, parasol, trolley, chairs and a few inflatables for the pool. Overall a fab place and would definitely go back there.

Great Stay in Naples

We were in town for the FBU football camp and we needed a place so everyone had their own bed and we wanted our own pool. This house had it all. The pictures are good, but the house is even nicer in person. When we come back, we will stay here again. Michael was great to communicate with and responded to all of our questions. This was a great VRBO experience

Fantastic luxurious 3+ Bedroom house

My husband and I were thrilled with this property! From the moment we walked in we felt right at home! So very clean and spacious. The whole house is well appointed. Beautiful pool and lanai with comfortable seating and outside tv. The kitchen was terrific with a very large island and lots of cabinets. The bathrooms were immaculate, which is my gauge for feeling comfortable. We had more than enough space even if we had had friends or family stay with us. We would highly recommend this property. In fact, we already booked time next year!

Naples get away 2023

Very nice, clean property as advertised. Large, spacious home with excellent pool, large modern kitchen, and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of walking/biking streets. Close to shopping stores and restaurants. Short distance to several beaches. Management company readily available and responsive.
