A bright, recently renovated apartment equipped with all the amenities needed to accommodate 3 people. Located on the top floor of a historic building dating back to the 1500s, it boasts an exclusive terrace with a 360° view of Naples, stretching from the gulf to the port and the hills. The location is perfect: in the lively and central Quartieri Spagnoli neighborhood, just a stone’s throw from the Maradona Shrine with its famous mural, in an area full of shops, pizzerias, and places where you can immerse yourself in the vibrant Neapolitan atmosphere.



The 67-square-meter apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator: PLEASE NOTE! You must climb the stairs to access it.



The layout is as follows:

- Kitchen with dining table and fully equipped cooking area featuring a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, moka pot, electric kettle, toaster, blender, conventional oven, and microwave

- Living room with sofa bed, desk, split A/C, and TV

- Bedroom with a double bed, closet, split A/C, and TV

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, bathtub, and shower stall

- Two-level terrace (please be careful on the staircase separating the levels) with a 360° view of the city, furnished with a table and chairs, lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, and a fixed canopy on the narrower sides.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system is operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

From above, you can admire the labyrinth of alleys teeming with local life and then let your gaze rise until it almost touches the majestic serenity of the Monastery of San Martino. You can soak up the sun with a 360-degree view and immerse yourself in the unforgettable sight of sunrise and sunset over Vesuvius from a private and unusual vantage point.

Terrazza Concordia is located in the lively and central Spanish Quarter, just a short walk from Via de Deo and the Murals District, where you can admire Francisco Bosoletti’s “Veiled Modesty” mural, the world-famous mural of Maradona, and tributes to the Neapolitan comedian Totò.
