Lose yourself in this comfortable and relaxing one-bedroom unit, situated on the second floor, only one short block from renowned Vanderbilt Beach and the Ritz Carlton.

The unit has been completely renovated featuring tastefully-designed kitchen cabinetry with convenient pull-out drawers , elegant granite counters and stainless steel appliances to include a smooth-top stove, overhead microwave oven, refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher. The oversized center island serves as a kitchen work station and spacious dinning area. The kitchen is conveniently stocked to make this, your home away from home.

The living room offers a 55” HD television with a queen sleeper sofa. Complimentary Wi Fi is available to all our guests. Washer and dryer are conveniently stacked inside the unit.

The bedroom features a comfortable, queen size bed and bathroom offers a walk-in shower.

Enjoy the splendor of Vanderbilt Beach and its glorious sunsets or relax at our roof-top pool and spa feasting on the breathtaking views.

Visit nearby Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, rated one of Florida's Top Ten beaches, or immerse yourself in spectacular nightlife entertainment at the Mercato; both a ten minute drive.

Location, location, location! This property is one block to the Naples Beach. You cannot be closer than this. Also, the price and value is tremendous The space is beautifully appointed, comfortable and spotlessly Clean. Osi and her husband are truly generous wonderful people and they could not do enough for us with any concerns, questions or requests that we had.The unit is out fitted with every possible amenity you might need including supplies in the kitchen, Kleenex, zip locks, and so on. The parking is very close to the unit just one level down and there is an elevator for luggage. All the beach items are provided, including a cart making it super easy to go to the beach.There is some construction on both sides of the property, but there was no noise as a result. It is just unsightly. It is a smaller space and the only thing that is lacking would be a larger closet. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! We will stay here again if it is available!

We had a very nice stay in the condo at The Palms. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all of the ‘appliances’ that makes your stay very enjoyable. The proximity to the beach is Perfect! The owner was very nice.

Again, everything was wonderful. Clean quarters, well stocked, accessible to the clear gulf water and close access to other parts of Naples. VRBO is a well-established company which continues to deliver a vacation with exceptional quality and cleanliness. I will continue to book thru VRBO.

Wonderful

My stay was wonderful, as always. I have stayed here several times before and it is always just as great. The host is very responsive and the property is well stocked with everything you need. Not to mention it is so close to the beach and easy to walk back for the sunset every night you stay! The area is very safe. I am a female and stay with my younger daughter and have never had any issues or felt unsafe!

Great place

The construction going on is major. Loud and annoying. Constant horns and back up beepers from 7a-4pm. I didn’t let It didn’t bother me much. Also they take over the street with parking and semi trucks delivering. Had family a mile away in a house, so if not on the beach, or out to dinner, I was there. Pool area is very nice and clean, great views of the construction. I don’t blame the owners as it’s not their fault. Couch and bed are very comfy. Condo well supplied. Beach and bath towels, beach chairs and toys all provided. Kitchen well supplied. My only complaint is floor Matt in bathroom is very dirty and smelled of urine.

Awesome location next to Vanderbilt Beach

Cute little place, well maintained, one block walk to Vanderbilt Beach. Enjoyed many sunsets while there . The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Nice Place

The unit was very clean and the bed was very comfy. There was a lot of construction around us, but surprisingly, we didn't hear much construction noise. If I have to say one negative thing, it would be the sofa. It was very uncomfortable and I couldn't sit on it for long. Wound up sitting on one of the bar stools to watch TV at night. All in all, I would recommend this place and may book it again.

Nice, but surrounded by construction

The condo was clean and had nice amenities. All the linens were practically new and the kitchen was well stock with accessories for cooking. The couch needs to be replaced! It has no support on the bottom cushions when you sit down to relax after a long day at the beach. You basically sink down, therefore, we sat on the bar stools. We also talked to someone who had previous rented 6 years ago and said the couch was like that then. She did state there was construction going on from the Ritz Carlton. There is literally 4 buildings going up around 3 sides of the condo and construction storage and sales trailers on the 4th side. Because you don't have the address before you book, I googled where the Ritz Carlton was and it was half a block away. Therefore, it didn't seem like it would be an issue. When we did get the address, google showed all flat area around the condo. The surprise is when we arrived at the condo to see all the buildings going up around the condo. We were very disappointed to be residing at a condo in the middle of a construction zone area.

Great value and so close to the beach!

This place is a great value and has everything that you need for a reasonable price that is a short walking distance to the beach. The kitchen was spacious with a huge island and the balcony was comfortable and a nice to have. If you are able to share a bathroom, then this place will work well for you. As in the description, there is construction that goes on around the unit but this was never a problem with us. In fact, it was fun to watch the construction workers using the elevator during the day. Also very convenient to go in and out and walk to the beach whenever you want. Would recommend!

Great condo

We enjoyed our week at Vanderbilt Palms. Check in was great and was 2 blocks to the beach. We new about the building going on and we're prepared for it. Didn't her to much of anything. Building was very sound proof. Would recommend it to my friends.

As usual, Osi’s unit is spotless. Well equipped. Beach toys. Noodles. Nice beach chairs. New umbrella. Beach cart. Screened lanai and large deck box plus 4 chairs and table. Well equipped kitchen. Nice appliances. We love the full-size stack LG washer and dryer in the hallway. Comfortable bed. Very nice shower. Four beach towels. Just bring your swimsuits, sunscreen and toothbrush and toothpaste. Everything else is provided. The Ritz Carlton Residences surround the property, but it didn’t bother us & our 5yo grandson had a ball watching the “working men”. Thanks Osi for another excellent stay!!

Wonderful!!

I have stayed here a couple of times now and we came back because of the great experience we had the first time. The location to the beach is perfect and an easy to walk. Everything you need for the beach is provided. The property manager is very quick to respond to any needs and extremely flexible. I had to reschedule due to a death in the family and they were extremely accommodating!! I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

Wonderful little place to stay! Walk to Vanderbilt Beach is very close. Only downfall is construction and street closure. We left for the day so it wasn’t an issue for us. Would recommend! It was perfect for us!

Beautiful Apartment with all the comforts of our home.

The apartment was everything that we were told. Close to the beach, undercover parking, full kitchen and right next to a construction site on both sides of the apartment. FYI the best time to have breakfast on the patio is at 9:00am sharp. That is when the break whistle blows and the construction noise stops for about 20 minutes. Inside the apartment you don't hear any construction noise. Naples Beach is beautiful, The sand is soft, no sharp sea shells to cut your bare feet and if you walk a tad from the entrance of the beach you will avoid the crowd and have lots of personal space. The walk was easy for us to do, because Osi provided a beach cart along with 2 top quality beach chairs and 1 Umbrella all made by Tommy Bahama. Our only disappointment was a single but large screen Samsung Smart TV. It would of been nice to have an additional TV of any size in the bedroom area as well. We are 2 adults but we do watch different programming. Even if the 2nd TV were not hard wired to the cable box I would not of cared. Today most people steam TV programming like Netflix via a WiFi connection either from a cell phone or they bring a firestick. The apartment WiFi speed of 100 Mbps was more then sufficient for steaming. Osi was a fantastic host. The coffee maker provided was of single cup design. While it makes coffee fast your choice of coffee grinds is very limited. I mentioned this to Osi and the same day she replaced the coffee maker with a standard drip 12 cup.

Vanderbilt Beach Stay

Property was in a good location. Close to the beach. It was very clean and well kept. Construction next door was a little noisy. We didn’t spend alot of time in the unit. It meet all our needs. We Would rent again.
