Welcome to the heart of wine country in gorgeous Napa, California, this home is the perfect getaway for you and your loved ones. Located in a quiet and tranquil neighborhood, you'll love visiting where the city limits end and the vineyards begin. This home is six miles from Yountville and five miles from downtown Napa, with plenty of wineries, local eateries, shops, and entertainment available within a few miles of the home.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Feel like you've stepped into Tuscany with the iron stairwell banister, the alcoves, the decor, and the atmosphere. Make yourself at home by relaxing on the plush furniture, tickling the ivories on the piano, curling up by the fireplace with a good book, or streaming your favorite movies on the large TV. Hobby chefs will love creating culinary charms in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with all the cupboard room you'll ever need. wine tasting base of operations

Good location with easy access to highway to get up to northern wine area. lovely indoor and outdoor living spaces. Would have loved a few more essentials to be stocked but that would be above and beyond. Lovely stay and would stay there again.

Upstairs thermostat would switch from heat to conditioning on its own. At one point it shut down and said replace battery. Could not find any batteries, so rotated current ones and it began to work. Also a tea kettle would be nice.

Family fun in Napa

This house was the perfect spot for us and our family. The house is very nice with an incredibly well equipped kitchen. It’s well located in the north of Napa close to down town and all the valley has to offer.

Weekend in Napa

We had really nice stay at the house despite the little stressful situation when we got locked our belongings in one of the bedroom and the property manager did not have a key to open the door. They have resolved the issue very quickly, unfortunately by braking the lock and damaging the door to the bedroom. I recommend to either change the door knobs on all bedrooms or get the keys to those doors- it was a little inconvenient to us and by the marks on the door looks like someone else had the same situation before us. House was really clean and located in nice neighborhood. We could easily Uber to downtown and wineries. Overall nice property.

50th Celebration in Napa

This property was perfect for our group of 3 couples celebrating their 50th birthdays. It was in a beautiful location and we enjoyed morning walks and views of the hot air balloons. It was a close drive to anything we wanted to get to. The space was perfect for all of us and the amenities were all a nice touch.

Spacious home. Lots of entertaining space. Kitchen is missing lots of key utensils like cutting boards, knives, cookie sheets, nonstick pans, zip locks, spices, etc.

Family wedding event

Property is very nice ..furniture not modern but fits with the decor but overall very nice home .. the outside sitting areas were our favorite spots .. owners left snacks and wine which was a nice touch ..no complaints except ants in bathroom and one bedroom but home was clean. Location was perfect for our trips downtown and to the wedding venue. Would recommend.. owners were pleasant and easy to contact ..

French Country Villa in Napa

It was perfectly me.... could have moved in for life! Wish the fountains worked, the sound of water would have made it ideal. Neighbors were soooo friendly. Close to restaurants! Can't say enough about Bistro Fume! Got over to Bread & Butter Vineyard, soooo yummy! And visited the Black Stallion. Wish I had time for more sightseeing and hot air balloons.

Comfort, convenience, and value!

We (3 adults) had a lovely stay at this home in Napa while visiting family in the area. The home is well furnished, the neighborhood is quiet, everything worked well, and the manager was quick to respond to any questions. We appreciated the bottle of wine and snacks. The backyard outdoor spaces were perfect for enjoying quiet mornings and for being together as a family.

trip to Napa

The property was very nice, very homie and comfortable it is well located (quite neighborhood but easy to get to town (Napa) and hwy 29). The property has wonderful outdoor space for dining and lounging with a glass of wine. Overall very nice. We used the grill twice to make diner(the burners heat unevenly, could need a cleaning),( no skillet, could use a 9" and 12" to round out the cooking implements), (the mattresses' on all 3 beds seem to sag in the middle, maybe time to replace).

Great Napa location

Nice home in quiet upscale neighborhood. Centrally located near grocery shopping (Whole Foods/ Trader Joes) and very close to Downtown Napa. Easy to get to Yountville and northern Napa. As a bonus it is near a large park with walking trails, and also near a little park with Pickleball courts and walk-in play.

Napa Girls Trip

We came for an extended weekend to enjoy the wine and atmosphere. The house was completely as advertised and we had a very nice stay. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet- it is too far out to walk to Napa downtown but Uber was quick and easy. We had a seem less check in and checkout- I think the only thing that was lacking, and this is minimal concern, is that the place could use some updating- it was difficult to get the lights to work and/or find lighting in the bedrooms. But we made it work and we had a wonderful time!
