It was a very nice place although it is a bit tired and showing wear. The outside space is lacking and the seating for watching tv or chatting is uncomfortable and there isn't enough.

Excellent home in the perfect location. We were able to walk downtown every day and not worry about finding a ride. Home is exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable, love that both bedrooms have their own bathroom as well. Perfect for 2 couples. We will definitely be back.

This was one of my best experiences with a VRBO! Location was so good to the town, clean, and spacious. Great for two couples or four adults. Quick communication when needed as well! Recommend x10!

Great Stay in Nantucket!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a great location- easily walkable to downtown Nantucket. The property was clean and well decorated. We could have used more towels and the dryer was very slow to dry towels when we washed them. But very minor in terms of a great rental!

Fabulous Home and Spot

Run, don’t walk, to book this property! The location is fabulous for walking to Main Street. It’s beautifully furnished and comfortable. We were talking about coming back after the first night. Highly recommend!

Amazing rental!

Loving the master suite! We get VRBO’s multiple times/year on island when we come to work in our store and this one is a gem. 8-10 minute walk from Old South Wharf. Clean, decorated so cute and we felt so at home! The flowers post Daffy were so nice!

Everything else we read about this place was true. The heat on first floor didn’t work initially but the caretaker was on it quickly to get the heat restored. Wish we could have stayed longer!
