Custom built 3bedroom home tucked away on a quiet side street in town with parking for 2 cars/trucks. Teak outdoor dining set on deck for up to 8ppl. A quick and beautiful walk to everything in town!

Central air, deluxe cable package, WIFI, high end appliances, high end linens and kitchen utensil, ice maker, etc. Upscale finish details and furnishings with an open floor plan, a living room with a fireplace and large screened porch plus a spacious finished media room in the basement. Landscaped yard area includes a grilling deck, full herb garden and awesome sunset spot for the golden hour!

Easy access to bike path leading to Cisco, Cliff, Dionis and Madaket Beaches. Only 1.5 miles to brewery and Bartlett’s farm!

Perfect western side of town location for easy access to everything!

Several new features just completed, including new windows, beds, linens, outdoor shower, changing area, herb garden and decking. New entertainment system, flatscreen TV’s , third bathroom. All new appliances. Brand new Teak Outdoor dining set for up to 8ppl.

First Floor Description
Entryway with high ceilings and stairwell to second floor. Living room with fireplace and french doors leading to large screened porch, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. Dining area seats 6 and easily expands to fit 8, opens to kitchen with attractive granite counter tops, with cabinets and all new appliances.

Bedroom 1( queen) with peaked roof and ceiling fan, two closets, hall bath with shower and skylight; Bedroom 2(Queen) w/ closet tucked off living room. Basement: Spacious finished media room with a large TV and roomy & comfortable sectional sofa (includes Queen sleeper pull out) with a leather ottoman for relaxing while you are watching your favorite show, Netflix or game.
Full Laundry and half bath.

Second Floor Description
Elegant master suite (King) with cathedral ceiling, complete with changing area/walk in closet and plenty of room for crib/child’s bed. Extra bed. Private bath with limestone tile, shower w/glass enclosure and separate classic clawfoot tub. Nicely situated with privacy from the rest of the house.

Beautiful house and great location! Craig was great to deal with, was very responsive and helpful. My only suggestion would be that it should be noted prior to stay that linens need to be washed. This way one may choose to bring their own linens. Minus that, the trip was wonderful spent in a gorgeous home! Thanks for sharing Craig!!!

Wonderful visit

Unfortunately, we had terrible weather on our recent visit to Nantucket, but fortunately, we had a beautiful, comfortable, and convenient place to ride out the storm! Craig, our host, could not be more accommodating. We very much look forward to returning and enjoying this home again!

4 stars for the 4 Pearls

Absolutely loved our stay at the 4 Pearls last weekend. Communication with Craig was so great, easy checkin, allowing us to arrive early AND stay a little later on checkout day. He checked in with us during our stay which was very nice to know he was available. The house is an easy 10 min walk to town on a nice quiet side street. Super spacious interior with a sunny outdoor deck that we were able to use since the weather was so nice. Beach chairs, towels and cooler came in handy on this warm October weekend. All the amenities of home, can't say enough, we loved it and will hopefully be back!

4 Pearls is Perfect!

Our family had a fantastic stay at 4 Pearls. The house and location were the ideal base for our family, thoughtfully appointed for our needs and well-located to town, to beaches, and the farm. Craig is a penultimate host. Would recommend this property to anyone!

Lovely stay at 4 Pearls

My family and I had a lovely stay at the 4 Pearls. Perfect location w easy walking access to town and bike trails to all parts of the island. My only comment would be that if you had 3 couples in the house, the shared full bath on the 1st floor is very small and doesnt have a fan.

Our family had a wonderful two week stay at Four Pearls. The location is ideal for walking to town, hitting the bike path or heading to Cisco/Bartlett. The private outdoor shower is awesome, along with the beautiful deck and screened in porch. Craig is welcoming and attentive!

Everything you could ask for!

Our nantucket stays are always the most enjoyable. We honestly didn’t think it could get much better. We were so mistaken! This year proved to be a bit different as our stay at Four Pearl was the most magical backdrop we could’ve ever asked for! The home was so welcoming and had everything we could’ve asked for.,, and then some! From the comfortable beds to the stocked kitchen. There were beach chairs along with coolers for our convenience. The outdoor shower and welcoming screened porch were thoroughly enjoyed by all of us!! Its location was a short beautiful walk to town, restaurants and shops! The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated! Our favorite was enjoying the deck in the morning with our coffee till our crew was up and ready for the day! We honestly couldn’t wait to return to the comforts of the Four Pearl after our day in town or after our beach time was ended! I do think Craig ordered the Memorial Day weather for us also!! So much appreciated! Lol My heartfelt thank you Craig for allowing us to enjoy your warm, beautiful home and make our stay on Nantucket the most enjoyable experience thus far!!! All the best to you and your family and again, thank you!!

Terrific Nantucket Spot

My husband and I have been spending time on Nantucket for many years with our cocker spaniel Edith, we have stayed in more than our fair share of rentals, and this one is in our top list! Craig is just a consummate professional in how he looks after his home and his guests. Great spot close to town, but away from the madness. Book without hesitation and have a blast!

Fabulous location on Nantucket!

Four Pearls was a great house to use as a home base - a very easy walk to town, central location for riding bikes and a sunny spot to have a meal or play cards outside!

They required us to was all the sheets and towels before our 9:00 am checkout. Never heard of that.

If you expect guests to do all the laundry then checkout time needs to be later than 9:00 am or give a$ option on how much it will cost them if they dont do the laundry. It was a lovely stay which was ruined by the stress of early morning laundry pressure.

This property is PERFECT! Location, size, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, outdoor space… you name it- it was perfect for our group! We loved the 10-15 min walk into town. Definitely would like to come back soon!

5 Stars for 4 Pearls

The property was even better than it appeared online! Very clean, comfortable and charming. Location to downtown was walkable. We took taxis home after dark as there are not many street lights. The home owner was very easy to work with and always responded right away. Put 4 Pearls on your list if you are vacationing on the beautiful island of Nantucket!
