Having stayed in a wide range of accommodation over the years, I can honestly say this was one of, if not the worst.
It appears to have long term residents. In the room, they take the form of spiders, etc. that have created some impressive living accommodation for themselves. They obviously don't mind the battered and decrepit building, as well as the musty stench that has had greater aging than some whisky.
It included "continental breakfast ", which is a loose term, and was never tested, as the cleanliness of what I could see didn't give me confidence in what I couldn't see.
On a positive, the parking was plentiful, and the location convenient. But, not convenient enough to warrant ever staying here again.
I did get to meet the Porsche driving owner, and explain my concerns. The money definitely goes on his vehicle, rather than the property. His response was they were planning on refurbishment, but it was apparent it was more akin to polishing a "turnip", than the gutting it requires.

It's a stretch to give this place 3 stars. We knew this place was not going to be anything great but it was a little worse than we thought (hoped) it would be. I'm glad we didn't pay much. It was a little rundown but maybe that's the way the hotels in this area are? There wasn't much to choose from, and we chose it because it was close to Enterprise (so we could walk to the hotel after returning our car) and close to the train station. We didn't get to try the breakfast because we needed to leave shortly after it started at 7am and it was served at the restaurant next door - not convenient for us.
The fan provided in the room was very dusty - we tried cleaning it off and that did not work. Not functional. Good thing we brought portable fans! The most ridiculous thing was the separate hot and cold water spigots for the sink - your water was either super cold or scalding hot - you couldn't have both at the same time. Not functional. There was no shampoo and the soap was hand soap/body wash, same as the stuff to wash your hands...which ran out. Glad we brought our own.

"Nice place to stay. Great for individual travellers, couples and families. Breakfast was good as was dinner. The spa was decent. Not overcrowded at all with indoor and outdoor options. The rooms were comfortable. Bed was extremely comfortable. Shower area was different from what I've seen before. ..."

"It's a lovely park, staff are fantastic and polite But The bins outside by the pods wasn't emptied the whole time we was there and was overflowing, luckily we bought some bin bags so we could leave a bin bag to insure our rubbish didn't fly everywhere etc, Also I just feel a small fridge or something ..."
