American music in the lobby makes it feel like home. Staff are friendly and speak excellent English. Great breakfast buffet with the best croissants! "

"This hotel is in a building that houses businesses. Our room was small, but efficient! Stairs only! Host was very helpful in extending our stay! Room was clean. Only complaint is person in room next to ours had window opened and was smoking. No one wants to smell that 😅. "

"Freundliches Personal, Zimmer war „klein aber fein“. Es war alles da, was ich brauchte. Sogar Ohr-Reiniger - das fand ich gut, weil ich sie vergessen hatte einzupacken. "Ich bin schon direkt an der Rezeption super freundlich empfangen worden, was sich in der Bar und beim Frühstück fortsetzte. Ein bisschen lockerer Smalltalk war auch mit dabei. Das Zimmer / Bad war sehr sauber, das Bett sehr bequem. Der Weg in die Sauna ein bisschen weit, lohnt sich aber auf jeden Fall. Ich habe mich bei dem Aufenthalt im BW rundum wohl gefühlt.Gerne wieder."
