Rustic Luxury Lakefront Cabin in Beautiful Wooded Surroundings

4 bedroom / 2 bath lakefront cabin with seasonal lake views.
Our lakefront home is located on Faubush Creek on Lake Cumberland. Just a short boat ride to Conley Bottom Marina and near Wolf Creek Marina. It is in the Clearwater Subdivision. It features approx. 2,000 sq. ft. plus covered and open air decking.
Our home features 4 bedrooms (6 queen size beds) and 2 bathrooms (One with tub/shower and the other with shower).
The 2-story house features an electric fireplace with stone surround and a fantastic seasonal views of the lake.
Relax on the front covered porch with a two seater bench and a wooden porch swing. You could also opt for the 3/4 wrap around deck overlooking the lake with outdoor lighting.

There is also a brick patio with a fire pit, plenty of seating, and an additional wooden swing facing the lake.

The master bedroom is located on the main level and has sliding glass doors leading to the deck with a seasonal view of the lake. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms in an open concept plan. One bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a full bathroom, a closet, and a private balcony with seating that overlooks the lake. The upstairs bedrooms are on opposite sides of the staircase and do not have doors.
Additionally, there is a fourth bedroom (kids cave) that is located on the ground level that can be accessed by either the side deck stairs or out the front door and around the house. It includes 2 queen size beds, a couch, and Smart TV. This room has the best views of the lake!
There is a large collection of games, cards, and DVDs for evening entertainment.

Our home is within walking distance of the local boat ramp, however, some will find it difficult to walk back up the boat ramp as it is quite steep. It is possible to drive and park your car at the boat ramp. Boat slips are not available for renter use but you can contact Conley Bottom Marina for information in regards to keeping your boat there during your stay.

We have a large driveway available for a boat and/or jet skis and additional parking for multiple cars. It is very easy to park your boat in our driveway and move it back and forth to the boat ramp. The steep decline of our neighborhood boat ramp could require a 4x4 for getting the boat in and out of the water.

Rustic Luxury Lakefront Cabin

We had a great stay at this rustic luxury lakefront cabin. The cabin was stocked with everything you need. Just needed to bring food. The views of the lake were wonderful. Fire pit and multiple decks were great for viewing the water and spending time with family. Would definitely recommend this!

Awesome property it is everything it says on listing. We had 11 people said towels wash clothes available we took extra when provided usually not enough for everyone showering everday. There were plenty we didn't even need our personal ones lol. They even provide travel size toiletries ex shampoo, conditioner, tooth brush, razors. They definitely go above and beyond. Definitely plan on returnig.

Comfortable Lake House

We enjoyed our stay at this attractive and comfortable lake house in Nancy, KY. We didn't realize that the upstairs bedrooms are open to one another without doors, but it worked out for our group well enough. The cabin was very well equipped for a group that wants to cook their own meals.

Relaxing stay

Our stay was one of the most relaxing vacations we have taken. The firepit area was one of my favorite spots. We spent lots of hours around the firepit. We also rented a pontoon boat from a nearby marina and they picked us up at the boat ramp in the neighborhood. The property owner always answered my questions in a timely manner. The check in process was extremely easy. If you are looking for a place to unwind and reconnect with loved ones, this is definitely your place.

This home is equipped with everything you need and then some

This was exactly how described. The home is clean and had coffee and creamer available, baggies and aluminum foil and other items usually not found at a rental home. We were all impressed with the number of quality towels available. A bad storm went through and the whole area lost power. The owners communicated with us on a regular basis. The loss of power didn’t dampen our trip. I would highly recommend this home

Charming Getaway Home

great 4 days

There was 8 of us staying here. plenty of room for everyone. we had 2 sixteen year old boys that loved staying in the kids cave. we enjoyed the fire pit area every night. we had different vistors, deer, raccoon, and a fox. we rented a pontoon from conley marina, they picked us up the ramp. everyone had a good time.

It's was a beautiful place. All the leaves had fallen and you could see the lake. The weather was awesome. Cool at night but comfortable the afternoon to set in the swings and enjoy the quietness around us. Very relaxing!

Girls Vaca!

We all had a wonderful time just hanging out, playing board games, cooking and sitting by the fire. Went floating on the River off the boat dock by the house and rented a Pontoon from Conley Bottom boat dock. They provided us with pick up and drop off service which was great!

Beautiful and Darling Home

Decorated in a very pleasing colorful way in each room. Neat and Very Clean. Upstairs is more of an open room plan. There is a definition between the two rooms. No doors but three comfortable beds and a veranda with table and chairs viewing Lake Cumberland. It is a bit warm upstairs but that is because we kept the air set to 74. Nice bathtub shower upstairs. Shower downstairs by the master bedroom. So pretty throughout the home. How cute is the little reading area upstairs with a little rocking chair. All the furniture was nice and comfy inside and out. Plenty of tables and chairs outside. Wonderful fire pit. I Loved the two wooden swings! The kids cave is nice and cool. No access to the house or a bathroom, BUT a bunkbed, chair and nice bed. We were having a family reunion and what a wonderful place to be with family.

Restful Retreat

Clean, comfortable, charming, functional, with amazing outdoor seating options and a huge deck area. There are 3 small steps with a rail to enter. My 80 year old father on a cane could handle those well, then all he needed was on the mail level. The deck was accessible from the main level as well. Nicely stocked with plenty of bathroom and kitchen items. Lots of seating!! Pet friendly!! Good area for walking (lake access) and access to many nature adventure opportunities. Lovely/prompt interactions with the host.
