"Love it"

"Bed support was broken upon arrival however we were moved to a 'deluxe' room which was great at letting in bugs and geckos. We stayed for 6 nights and the room wasn't cleaned nor was the linen changed. The duvet was disintergating inside and the cover had no buttons. I woke up with bed bug bites every morning. Staff were courteous enough but also inexperienced. Had to pay extra for water bottle and dispenser. Cooked breakfast was always served cold but tasted good. I also had to make my own...

"I stayed 3 nights. I did notice the smell mentioned in the reviews before I booked. Only one person mentioned it. I Booked it anyhow. I figured when I got there that it’s probably the vent (I stayed on the 7th floor) cause it only smelled when the vent in the bathroom was on. I did report it to front desk at checkout and I was assured it will be looked into. Otherwise, Friendly and helpful staff. Facility is nice. The breakfast/branch was great. Felt very safe. I liked the roof top restaurant...

"This Resort is gorgeous and affordable. The Architecture is miles ahead the vast majority of competing resorts. The rooms are clean and roomy and have great views. Upgrading to a suite is much more affordable than is normal . But the staff is the best part. The respect and friendly help they give their customers is what makes this place so special. You can stop looking for the best resort in your budget. You found it."

"スタッフがフレンドリーでとても親切でした。シャワールームのお湯の温度と勢いは普通ですが我慢できるレベルです。部屋数は多くはありませんが清潔で気持ち良く過ごせました。入り口には警備員がおり防犯対策としては良いと思います、深夜にはスタッフはいなくなりますので警備の方がスタッフのかわりをしていました。また利用したいホテルです。"

The servers were so friendly & would go out of their way to bring us extra of our favorite foods. The pool area was very clean & the beach was beautiful. Our room was also very nice , with a nice little balcony overlooking the pool & beach area . Would definitely go back next time in the Philippines. "
