"Parking was only $20, It was $60 at the hilton down the road. I stay at Hilton hotels mostly, this hotel was very nice more affordable and the attached Mexican restaurant is amazing!"

"Room was clean, plenty of space. Breakfast was above average. Entrance and parking and walkway is not convenient to main lobby. Outdoor pool and surrounding area is industrial, shabby appearance. No area whatsoever to sit outside. It’s just a room, no more."

"The view was beautiful and the room were very spacious and clean! We needed hotter water, a 2nd working elevator, and the pool to be open. I understand sometimes things are out of your control, but time is money. Elevator access is a must and should have been a priority fix!"

The hotel and restaurant have good reviews. all I could find was an entrance into a dark shutdown restaurant, no one around, chairs stacked on tables. I walked upstairs and all around the building. I tried to call the number that was hand written on a piece of paper on the front door but the reception was so bad I couldn’t get the call to go through. "Overall, I really liked this hotel. While I understand it is an older historical hotel, the rooms and bathrooms are small. They could also use some upkeep in terms of painting, etc.. I was impressed with the quality of food at the hotels dining."

"Hotel is nice, our room had things that were broken. Toilet did not flush. Shades would not close. The front desk charged me 2 times different prices for the same room. I’m still trying to get one charge credited back. Valet was terrible waited almost 30 min I. The front to get my car after handing valet my ticked then they didn’t request it to be brought out. So had to wait longer."

"I recently stayed at this hotel with my daughter, and overall we had a pleasant experience. The location is very convenient if you’re flying into Boston. It’s less than 5 minutes from the airport, and the complimentary hotel shuttle to and from the airport made transportation easy. The hotel also offers beautiful views of the Boston skyline. "The hotel was excellent- but honestly, even if it was terrible I’d give 5 stars just for the staff! They were incredibly kind, helpful, personable. So sweet to my kids, so knowledgeable about the area as well as surrounding areas. Would happily stay here again. Thank you!!"
