    This 4 bedroom cottage offers comfortable accommodations for up to 10 guests, perfect for family beach getaways and group vacations. The bedding layout includes a King En Suite, a Queen En Suite, a Queen bedroom, and a bunk room featuring a Twin over Twin bunk bed with trundle. The refreshed living area features a new couch, loveseat, and chair, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day at the beach.

    A fully equipped kitchen makes vacation meals simple, whether you're preparing breakfast before the beach or winding down after dinner at a favorite local restaurant.

    When you are ready to explore, you will find shopping, grocery stores, golf, miniature golf, outdoor adventures, seafood markets, watersport rentals, and local dining all nearby. Favorites like Sam and Omie's and other beloved Nags Head eateries are just minutes away.

    Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a maximum of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.

Beautiful

The cottage was beautiful! It was conveniently located to everything we wanted/needed. Could not have picked a better location for our first time in the OBX and our first visit to the ocean 🌊

Wonderful Trip

The property was everything as described. We were thrilled with the rental and plan on returning in future years, the process from finding the place through check in was seemless, and we will be using Kees and VRBO any time we return to the Outer Banks

Location, cottage, complex-GREAT! Kees vacation management-horrible. Had to request extra towels twice, received them on the 3rd day. Response from Kees was always the next day. It did not get over 65 the first two days there, with 20-30mph winds. The second night is when we found out the heat did not work in our cottage. It was 61 by 3am in the cottage. My daughter woke up sick. Kees tried to say they did not know, I asked them why are we the only cottage with AC window units in the whole complex. Then they said oh, well we are waiting on a part. They knew the heating/cooling unit at cottage F was down and they still rented out the cottage to us. Cooler nights were in the forecast, so we asked to move to another cottage, no response. They left us to figure it out on our own. We will be back to OBX, but will never stay at a property managed by Kees ever again. I have used VRBO for 8 years, first bad review ever from me.

Comfortable Cottage

Cottage had a nice layout, convenient to the beach, comfortable beds/ rooms, and clean. Gave 4 starts b/c there were a couple of things that were not fully addressed: The dishwasher was broken; notified the property manager, but issue was not fixed during our stay. The beds were comfortable, but only included sheets- only one bed had blanket/ comforter. Housekeeping stopped by to drop blankets (we got one blanket and one mattress pad- there were 4 of us in the cottage). Regardless of these smallish matters, everything was fine and we had a good time.

Easy access to pool and beach

All was smooth except , we had to beg for enough towels for our party of 8. Bring your own trash bags , and beach equipment.
