"All the staffs were very pleasant & delightful, There is USB outlet near headboard of bed but there's no electric AC outlet near the bed. So, We asked for electric extension cord & they brought us extension cord & ADAPTOR within 5 minutes. Location is excellent. Hotel building is connected to Tennoji JR station West Exit. No worries of getting wet from rain. Our room was on 45th floor & view was incredible. Also there is large super market in the basement of the building with huge food court...

"各部屋にエアコンが設置しており快適でした。 清潔感があり、お風呂も広く良かったです。 スタッフの対応も早く丁寧でした。 また、子供が食器を割ってしまったのですが、子供の心配をして下さりその対応にありがたかったです。 ただランドリーの乾燥機が少し弱く1回で乾かなかったです。 全体的に快適に過ごす事ができ素敵な大阪になりました。 "

"Habitué à cet hôtel, j'ai eu la mauvaise surprise qu'il n'y avait plus internet par câble ! Quant au wifi, certes très performant, mais visiblement pas adapté pour des appareils un peu anciens qui ne le captent pas ! Wifi 7 ? La clim, mème au minimum, est trop forte. Néanmoins, la prestation, la chambre très spacieuse, l'emplacement, restent des atouts, surtout pour un prix très correct. Et puis finalement j'ai pu trouver la solution pour partager le wifi entre mon téléphone et mon PC..."

"大阪でのLIVEのため、いつもはホテルですが今回初めてコンドミニアム的な宿泊施設を利用しました。４人で2泊でしたが、部屋の広さは充分で、風呂、トイレキッチンの水回りはとても清潔。2、3泊以上滞在するには自炊するのに必要な調理器具も揃っていて何一つ不自由はありませんでした。 また、今回は15時からのチェックインのところ13時ごろ早目に荷物だけ預けたいという要望も快諾していただきとても助かりました。 また大阪に行く時は是非利用したいと思います"

During the day it was fine but in the evening we were woken up several times throughout the night because the door to the room does not seal properly. It’s basically a sliding closet door. Light and noise came in from the bathroom sink area, which is an open area and located next to the room. People were using hair dryers at 2am even though the signs say not to.
