He could have helped me straight away cos the porterage took 2 minutes, he knew that but kept me waiting regardless. The hot water was only tepid both in the vanity & shower. It was a cool night so I didn’t appreciate a cool shower. The toilet cistern didn’t work & kept running. I reported these things so future users weren’t inconvenienced. But...
