"Great stay but not sure why this property is considered a 3 star. Would be more of 2-2.5. Beds could be better. Odd color scheme. Overall decent stay if price is right. No complaints just preferences "

"Front desk staff was very matter of fact, not friendly. If you have a balcony on the second floor, you may have a view of a roof. "

"The mountain view was breathtaking, and the parking situation was convenient and secure. Our stay was enjoyable overall. However, the king-size bed featured a mattress that was in need of replacement, as one side sinks down to the springs. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the comfort of the stay."

"We staying in the hotel. The outdoor pool area was great, as well as the indoor door area. The hot tub was closed due to repairs/construction. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our balcony overlooked the river. We enjoyed watching squirrels and geese out there. The location was just a few feet off the parkway which lowered the noise level but still easy to get around. Overall, our stay was definitely a 5. "

The physical location of the hotel is about 20 minutes walking distance from The Island at Pigeon Forge, several go-kart attractions next to The Track Family Fun Parks and Pirates Voyager Dinner show. "The stay was as expected, however my family and I were placed under a room with renovations going on. So at 7-8 in the morning, we were woken up by drilling and hammering when we were supposed to be relaxing and sleeping in. This even happened on Easter morning, I called the front desk - Laura answered, and when I explained I had a 9 month old baby in the room she brushed me off, and told me that they would be done soon. The next day was the same thing, so I had to call and request a room...
