This modern Cape-style house is the ideal retreat for your Mystic getaway. It’s just a short walk from downtown shops and restaurants, and only steps away from the Delamar Hotel on the Mystic River. This cozy home features an open floor plan with modern appliances, spacious rooms, and central air conditioning. The beds offer exceptional comfort with Euro-top mattresses and premium linens. The backyard boasts a two-level deck equipped with a Weber gas grill, providing a perfect setting for relaxation after a day of shopping or enjoying the beach. You can cozy up to the Jotul insert fireplace during those chilly spring, fall, and winter nights.
Additionally, the home is conveniently located near the Mystic Aquarium and directly across the street from Mystic Seaport. It is also pet-friendly.

The experience was extraordinary. The outside of the house looked a bit plain but once we got in it was so spacious, clean and welcoming. Thank you for the welcome package and note - Stan & Family. There were more than enough supplies and materials provided in all the rooms and the kitchen area. It had everything we needed and more. It was cozy and very comfortable. Great games and snacks to make us feel welcome.Hope you have a wonderful stay if you choose 12 Hinckley street. Sincere, Perse & Family.

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The location is unbeatable, especially if you are looking to spend time at the seaport—it was incredibly convenient and made exploring the area so much easier.The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and felt very welcoming. It was the perfect setup for a family, and we especially appreciated how pet-friendly the property is. Having a place that truly accommodates our furry family members makes all the difference!An added bonus to our weekend: we got to watch UCONN win and head to the Final Four right from the living room!One thing to note for future guests is that the only bathroom is located on the second floor. This wasn't an issue for our group at all, but it’s something to keep in mind if anyone in your party has mobility concerns.Overall, we highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and perfectly located base for their trip. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great cozy home to relax at in Mystic. Close enough to restaurants and shopping, but just outside of town on a quiet street. My wife and I enjoyed the home for a long winter weekend sitting by the fire place and enjoying the relaxation. The owner was great with communication and even surprised us with treats for a warm weekend. We highly recommend this home any time of the year.

We had an incredible stay at this home - the owner was kind, communicative, and left so many thoughtful touches for the holiday. From treats when we arrived to an incredibly well appointed home, to cozy blankets all around and wood for the fire - this was a spectacular week. Location also can’t be beat!

Beautiful vacation in Mystic

We stayed in this lovely home again this summer. It is so convenient to get to downtown Mystic, the seaport and all the local spots. This is our second time staying here and already booked for a 3rd. The house is clean, well-stocked with anything you could need, spacious and great for pets!

Wonderful home and neighborhood

We stayed in this amazing house for almost a week and it was perfect. A perfect quiet neighborhood with quiet neighbors. A quiet street just a short walk away from so much action, such as the wonderful restaurant of the Delamar, water views, and the amazing Mystic Seaport Museum. So many kitchen tools and small details make it less like staying at a VRBO and more like staying at your own house with everything you need. We were able to travel easily with our pets and the fenced in backyard is an amazing perk. The only downside is we could not stay forever. Stan is very responsive and such a nice guy, even though we never met him in person. Exceptional experience!

Lovely Mystic Home!

This house was perfect for our long weekend stay in Mystic. The house itself is very nice and modern. It has everything you could possibly need for a longer stay. It was very cozy and the deck was great for sitting outside on the nice nights we had. The location is also amazing. It's right across the street from the museum, and walking distance to the downtown area. It's also a very short drive to the other attractions in Mystic and neighboring towns. And last but not least is Stan. Excellent communication and very helpful recs for our stay. When we visit Mystic again this will definitey be our property of choice.

Mystic Getaway

We had a fantastic stay in Mystic with our 3 month old. Stan was a phenomenal host and made sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the stay. The property itself was perfect for the three of us. Plenty of room to stretch out, relax, grill and take in everything the area has to offer. The location is exceptional - walking distance to downtown and a stones throw from the seaport museum and new Delamar hotel. We’ll be back!

Mystic memories

My husband and pup stayed in this lovely home. Stan was extremely thorough and the home was as advertised. Great location, quiet but near town. Perfect for walking the dog and relaxing on the back deck. The home was extremely clean and had all you need to have a relaxing and or active vacation. We look forward to booking the property again very soon !

Perfect location for a Mystic Getaway

Clean, spacious home with large outdoor deck that is located a short walk to the Seaport and also to the center of Mystic Village. We attended a family wedding at the Seaport and enjoyed walking to town along the Mystic River.
