River views & salty breezes that get better with every step up from this spacious & sunny attic penthouse with private balcony freshly renovated in 2022. Whimsical boho style in open plan living walkable to all downtown Mystic amenities. Sleeps two in eco certified memory foam king bed with bathrobes and eye masks included for lounging & snoozing comfort. Updated kitchen with dishwasher, blender, toaster & microwave, Klipsch bluetooth speaker and games in the living area.⁣

⁣Car not necessary from this spot in the heart of Mystic - a Foodie getaway. The apartment is above James Beard-nominated chef and Esquire's "Best Bars" cocktail lounge & restaurant. The renowned Oyster Club & Treehouse are next door, as well as the acclaimed Sift Bakery.⁣

Guests have full access to "Meteor" -the entire 3rd floor penthouse - as well as a deck and yard shared with the two other apartments in the building.⁣

I am available via text message/phone when needed. Only a few minutes away if there are any problems.⁣

A sustainable short-term rental choice, the apartment is in a charming downtown commercial district and shares a building with two other apartments as well as the restaurant/lounge and bar.

The place is very nice, a lot of stairs for us, but we rallied. No TV was odd, but not a problem. We had a bit of a paranormal incident, it did give us pause, but didn’t let it scare us away.

Mystical Weekend Getaway

This is a unique and gorgeous location that’s walking distance to restaurants and shops. No need to worry about parking! The penthouse was clean, cozy, convenient, and quiet. We wish we could have stayed longer, and hope to come back!

Mystic Holiday

In our 15 years of visiting Mystic, this property was hands down the best place we have stayed. Everything about this penthouse is fantastic. Beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable bed and bedding, quiet and the best location for exploring this wonderful town.

Awesome little studio penthouse with all you could ask for. kitchen is modern and there is even a high end bluetooth speaker to use or if you prefer crank up the record player. even love that there is no t.v. makes for a romantic getaway

My boyfriend and I truly enjoyed staying here. It’s obvious that our host really put a lot of thought and attention to ensure guests have a great stay and comfortable. Our host was also very responsive whenever we had a question. Definitely be coming back!!

Mystic charm

This property was perfect for my boyfriend and I, for a quick weekend getaway. We enjoyed the balcony with a view of the water. Great location for a short walk to bars, restaurants and shops. The eclectic charm and attention to detail in all spaces of this unit was amazing! Highly recommend.

Modern, Comfy, Water-View Apartment in the Best Location in Mystic

I spent a month, living and working, in this spacious, top-floor apartment and it was the perfect blend of comfort, location, and an idyllic view. The apartment is perfectly located a short walk from all of the restaurants and bars in downtown Mystic, with Mystic Seaport just a little bit farther. It's also directly above what I consider to be both the best restaurant and cocktail bar, Port of Call, in the area. The modern design and classy decor made it such an appealing place to spend time in. The huge, comfortable bed made it difficult to want to get up in the morning. I spent most evenings reading on the plush leather couch. My girlfriend visited for two weeks and the space was more than enough for the two of us to comfortably share. From the balcony, there's a great view of the Mystic River, where you can see all of the sailboats passing up and down from the drawbridge in the center of town. The description and reviews mentioned potential noise issues from the bar and restaurant in the same building, but from the top floor, I barely noticed any noise at all. The few times I did hear anything, it only encouraged me to take the short walk downstairs to listen to the ridiculously talented piano player or amazing jazz band playing below. Most of all, Alden was fantastic. She did a great job of being attentive and helpful, while also being unobtrusive. She made sure that I had everything I needed... from apartment amenities to great recommendations in town. She takes very good care of the place and it shows. Overall, I had a great experience, not just in Mystic, but staying in this wonderful apartment. I do hope to get back there for another month, and I couldn't imagine staying anyplace else.

Cutest apartment in a great location!

Loved staying here! The apartment was so adorable and perfectly clean. Location was great to walk to everything in Mystic. Only thing was the restaurant downstairs stays open later than anticipated with live music but wasn’t really an issue, just unexpected. Overall loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Magic in Mystic

We decided to take an impromptu trip to Mystic for New Year’s Eve and got lucky to score this property for our stay. Just a beautiful, interesting space, convenient to all. Thanks to warm sunshine and a shockingly mild Jan 1 temp, we super enjoyed sitting on the balcony having our coffee with a water view. Really could not have been better, other than there being no creamer for said coffee, but alas, we should have brought some. Highly recommend.
