Harbor View Landing, Mystic CT - The Cove Waterfront Cottage

Harbor View Landing is located in the historic town of Mystic, CT.
The property is situated on one end of Willow Point, just a half mile outside of the downtown area. Our property consists of 4 waterfront cottages and 2 multi-unit homes. This property opened in June of 2019 and offers many included amenities such as a private dock with kayaks and paddle boards as well as complimentary bikes, fire pits and lawn games, all over looking the beautiful Connecticut coastline.
The Cove is a queen-sized studio, waterfront cottage, with custom tiled private bathroom. This cottage comes equipped with retro mini-fridge, microwave, Nepresso coffee maker, HD TV, Amazon smart speaker, free wi-fi as well as a complimentary bottle of wine and water. Matouk linens and luxury Molton Brown bath products. Beach towels provided for complimentary water activities.

We had a wonderful time at this cottage! It was extremely clean and very welcoming! It had everything we needed for an impromptu night away! The hostess was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Picture Perfect!

We had an amazing stay at the cottage. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and it had pretty view of the water. We loved using the paddle boat and kayaks. It was a quick 5 minute bike ride to Main Street. We will be back!

Perfect Getaway!

We were amazed at how pristine and lovely this property was from the cottage to the grounds. The housekeeping staff were so, so nice and showed us some different options for the next time, because there will be a next time! All of the little special items really make a difference. You won't be sorry if you stay here!! 5 stars all the way!

beautiful little place

When we got here we didnt realize that this house is a part of a resort! Its the most beautiful and peaceful resort! With options to bike and boat and fire pits and a hammock on site! The little cottage was beautiful and perfect for our needs. The bed was so super comfy and the bathroom beautiful. We loved it!

Absolutely adorable!

Don’t look any further. This adorable cottage on the water is perfect . Immaculate , comfortable accommodations . The owners didn’t miss a beat with amenities . Private quiet neighborhood walking distance to downtown bridge area. Check in was a breeze with clear , quick communication with the owners. I’d live here if I could .

Mystic Getaway

Communication with property manager was prompt and friendly. The cottage location was clean and well appointed. The Adirondak chairs provided a nice space to read, sip a glass of wine and enjoy the scenic view.

Great place but be prepared the Cove cottage is more like a room or studio. Only cooking is micro wave . So plan on eating out while there. Water access is great fo kayaking and a swim .

Loved our stay!

My daughter and I decided to plan a last minute trip to Mystic and found The Cove was available. It was perfect for the 2 of us! Great location, view of the water, beautiful grounds well manicured, super clean, tastefully decorated and wonderful little touches like beach towels, outdoor blankets, etc. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful location

This was the perfect place for a relaxing weekend getaway! The scenery of the harbor was breathtaking. Also, we enjoyed all the activities supplied by the resort, such as kayaking, bike riding, and ending our nights in front of the fire pit. We were so close to the downtown, we were able to walk to and from dinner each night. We surely will be back!

Beautiful cottage with lovely water view

I stayed at Block Island Cottage. It is spotless and luxurious. The only thing missing was a table for eating takeout meals indoors; we had to use the coffee table. In warm weather, it would be wonderful to eat outdoors on the deck; there are Adirondack chairs and small tables out there overlooking the water. Bedding was extremely comfortable.
