This beautifully modern decorated 1- bedroom condo is spacious (717 sq ft) and comfortably accommodates 2-6 guests with one bedrooms and TWO baths, with jacuzzi jets in the master bath, plus a full size murphy bed. You’ll have access to a full kitchen, so you can whip up a feast for your whole family or an intimate dinner for two.

Drink in the oceanfront from your private balcony. Enjoy the sea breeze and the sound of waves. Indulge yourself in the relaxing whirlpool. Pick a lounge chair for a day of basking in the sun. We recently spent 9 nights in an oceanfront unit in Myrtle Beach, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and that incredible ocean view was something we’ll never forget—it truly never got old.The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and plenty of nearby activities for our family to enjoy. Traveling with young kids can sometimes be challenging, but this trip felt effortless and relaxing. There was something special about watching our children play in the sand, laugh in the waves, and create memories we’ll all cherish for years to come.The accommodations were comfortable and made it easy for us to settle in and feel at home for our extended stay. Between the beautiful scenery, peaceful atmosphere, and quality family time, this trip exceeded our expectations.We left with full hearts, amazing memories, and a strong desire to come back again soon. Highly recommend for families looking for a beachfront getaway!

The entire rental process was very easy. Condo was very clean and accessible. The views were amazing! Location was very close to the boardwalk. But there are a couple of blocks to walk off the boardwalk to get back to the condo building. But an easy walk. Recommend trying to check-in or out on off days because the elevators, dollies and pull up for loading your car could get backed up. But parking is ample and safe and very nice condo.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!Issue after issue with this location. Only simple/easy part was checking in. -Sticky/dirty floor upon arrival (never corrected during stay). Host said she would send housekeeping but no one ever came.-Dirty table upon arrival. Sand was all over living room tabletops. We ended up cleaning them.-No sheets for murphy bed. They were supposed to be in the unit but were not. Contacted the host and never received them during our stay.-Hallway bathroom tub did not drain well. Contacted host but was not addressed until after the kitchen sink flooded the floor while we were out...see next issue.-Kitchen sink was dirty upon arrival. Didn't think too much about it but after we returned to the unit from being out all day we walked into the entire floor being flooded. Kitchen sink was backed up and caused it to overflow. Contacted host who did send maintenence to shop vac the water however, no housekeeping came and the floors were dirty and the condo was left with a gross smell. Next day, the sink started to overfill again so we contacted the host AGAIN who sent someone to clean out the lines. While maintenence was cleaning the kitchen sink pipes, they addressed the bathroom tub pipes.-Heater is broken. It would turn on and immediately turn off. This was an issue for a day because the temperature dropped significantly. Asked for a space heater...never received one nor did we even get a response from the host.Truely disappointed!
Second time the sink started to backup. This time we were in the condo and could notify the host immediately to avoid another flood.
Dirty/sandy tabletops. Can't see all of the sand in the picture but it was covered.

The unit was exactly as advertised and had all the amenities needed for a weeks vacation. We loved the views and the easy access to the boardwalk that we walked each morning. If you are wondering if it is worth it, it is. This place has the best view, great amenities for all ages, walk right on the beach from the resort, great property manager, unbeatable stay. I went twice this year because it was so convenient and peaceful. We cooked 1-2 meals every day and even got to enjoy some fireworks the last night there. I will be returning with my family next year as well.

No cable/satellite TV channels so be prepared to login to your own Hulu, Netflix or other app accounts if you want to watch TV. I contacted the owner and someone was supposed to come fix and they didn’t show up or if they did, they weren’t able to fix it. There is a cable plugged into the wall and the TV so I’m not sure why I wasn’t able to access channels. I have the exact TV and remote at home so it’s not user error. Everything else was fine and the room/linen was clean.

VRBO should require new pics YEARLY! It’s not what is in the pictures. To start, we arrived about 40 min prior to check in & were advised by the front desk that our room was ready. We entered and I immediately notified, via text, the host of the unit that the condo was NOT clean. There was sand on the floors, dirt & BLOOD stains on mattress cover, crumbs in couch, the tub was grimy, filth behind Murphy bed, trash on bedroom floor, a sucker stuck to the floor. Pictures, were sent to the host. Very soon after, some guy shows up to “clean” and says this is our fault and the room would have been clean if we had waited til the proper check in time. He turns the blame on me, completely, despite the fact that I was told to proceed to my room.The Murphy bed/couch, had no linens or blankets. Housekeeping had to get those. When I asked for a fleece blanket the next day, I was told that I was already given 2. They never did bring a 3rd. Mind you, our room slept 6, so this shouldn’t have been an issue. The housekeeper was rude and the host never did respond to my respond to repeated requests for a phone call!This property had the filthiest pools/outdoor space of any hotel I’ve been to. You expect to see sand in/ around pools. However, it wasn’t just sand. There was a panty liner floating in the pool for a full day. The pool was loaded with sand. You could see the thick, white, filthy grime on the walls about the water line. It was like this all week. Disgusting!

Great location, room was a nice size it was just 3 of us, but could accommodate at least 3 more. After check in my anxiety was a little bit higher due to the cleaning of room, and making sure I wasn’t charged for any extra cleaning services, I guess the maid would not like, or would charge extra for. Overall it was a great stay.

The perfect spot

You could not pick a better location or condo in Myrtle Beach. You are right on the beach next to the boardwalk. Indoor pool for when it rains. 2 bathrooms in a 1 bedroom condo. Condo was easy to clean with LVT wood flooring and tile. Property Manager sends you everything you need for check in and check out. Easy rebooking for next year.

Perfect!

I am all about a place being clean and this one even smelled great as we opened the door. Everything as described. Great location and we will book again! Janet was super communicative and offered timely details for location, check in and parking and then sent an email to make sure all was good. The only negative we found is no bathrooms in the pool area. Odd for a resort this size but won’t keep us from returning. Thanks!
