Perfect beach getaway for singles or couples! 1st floor, studio style apartment off of the garage of our main vacation rental home. Located 1/4 mile from Garden City Beach. Access to indoor garage parking. King sized bed, Kuerig coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. Full sized bathroom with shower. Linens and bath towels included. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea at the Bistro table while planning your fun filled day!

Areas for improvement: AC wall unit very loud and rumbling. Had to turn TV volume way up to hear. Mattress and box springs overdue for replacement ... uncomfortable. Too much furniture piled in such a small area. Need solid tops for side tables, as gaps in current side tables make it difficult to hold drinks. Parking was an issue. Too many bikes and plants in garage to accommodate guest vehicle. Strengths: Clean and fresh. Nicely painted. Convenient location to restaurants and local attractions.

Super clean and happy beach decor helped set the mood for a stress free weekend. So accommodating with room supplies and anything you might have forgotten. Room very comfortable in every way! We met the Hosts and they were so nice and friendly! Parking in the garage was very nice with offerings of bikes, etc. Outdoor shower to rinse sand from feet good move and keeps room clean!!! Really a great location near beach and more!

Seas the Day is perfect for couples. Very cozy and very peaceful neighborhood. Close to beach and Garden city pier. This is our second time staying and will stay again in the future. Our host, Lisa communicates well and is quick to respond.

Just a highly decorated motel room. Poorly equipped for cooking . Have to wash dishes in bathroom sink. One of the main reasons I stay at VRBO Zia so I can do some of my own cooking.

This was, by far, the best place I have stayed in out of using vrbo for 4 years. I had a problem with me losing the key and I called the property manager and she answered immediately and was on her way within minutes! I had very nice people above me upstairs, the room stayed nice and cool. 10/10 !

Don’t miss out on this gem!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Seas the Day. The property was exactly as described. It’s in a perfect location and quiet neighborhood, It’s close to great restaurants and Surfside Beach was a less busy but wonderful beach. The property had everything we needed for our stay. Comfy bed, nice bathroom (shower has great water pressure!!) and A/C!! Great communication with the owner. You will be happy you booked this place for your stay!

Great location for birthday trip

I stayed here with my son for his 13th birthday getaway. It was a perfect location for us. It was clean and close to everything. The bikes were a nice surprise. It doesn't have a stove, but we just brought a camping stove and set it up in the garage.

Great place for couple. Location is on first floor. No stairs to climb. Enclosed garage is nice to park your car in. Cozy 1 bedroom with nice king size bed. Roomy bath with walk in shower. Has nice outside shower. Beach chairs and toys for use. Has bikes you can ride to the beach which is less than half mile away. Small fridge, microwave and pod coffee maker. in wall a/c unit works well. TV has Roku. Located on nice dead in road close to everything in Garden City.
