Enjoy this comfortable condo on the 11th floor with ocean view balcony
Spacious two bedroom condo on the beach. Come enjoy the beach, heated indoor and outdoor pools, and tons of other amenities. Gated indoor parking deck, conveniently walk to the elevators from your car in the parking deck. Very secure and well managed resort to enjoy a relaxing family vacation.

Show your ID and license plate number to the front desk ,who will issue the key cards to the building and room and up to two parking passes.
Then you may drive your car to the blue tall building to the south (right) of the registration office, and use the key card to open the gate to the garage. Please unload on the ground floor as luggage carts are only on this floor.
Then you may park on any level of the parking deck where a space available. You would need the key cards to open the door to the elevator area.

The room is absolutely amazing and the bedrooms and bathrooms are surprisingly large. The beds are comfy and everything worked as expected. While Holiday Sands itself may not be the most luxurious place at Myrtle, this rental is way nicer than i expected. Janet was very fast to respond to any question and super helpful.

Property was nicer than the pictures. Beach was beautiful and if you use ubers as we did it was inexpensive to get around. Janet was beyond accommodating. At the last minute we asked about having an early check in. For a price we were granted that. Unfortunately, the previous guests had not vacated. So, we weren't able to get in when we planned. (That was the only reason why I said check in was not so smooth.)Janet allowed us to stay later on check out. We were surprised to find the 2nd bedroom had no window.

This is a well-loved condo and very nicely decorated. Very clean furnished. Convenient to south end, Surfside, Garden City. Hot tub was amazing! Beds are comfortable, kitchen nicely equipped and view was wonderful for ocean view unit. Perfect for 3 or 4 people! We enjoyed our time there.

My family and I stayed here for a mini vacation and truly enjoyed calling this place “home” for a few days. From cooking meals together to winding down with a show after a fun day at the beach, everything about our stay was great. The condo was clean, well-maintained, and met all our expectations—especially the stunning beach views! Highly recommend, 10/10.

Beautiful view

I liked the condo. Very nice. Clean inside the condo. The building wasn’t clean and the garage had some weird people lingering around. My children saw roaches around the drain outside. People who were staying on the 10th floor said there were bedbugs on that floor. I was quite upset when I heard about the bugs. We paid a decent amount of money for the week. I expected the building to be in better condition.

Amazing condo

Check in was absolutely easy and stress free. Janet messaged me to check in to make sure everything was ok. Everything was great. Condo was absolutely amazing and wonderful. Loved our trip that we took for Championship Archery tournament this year even brought home 3rd place in high school girls. Definitely will stay here again.

This condo was great. So clean and pristine, located right on the ocean, it even offers a great balcony to catch the sunrise over the Atlantic. It made for a great place for my family to kick off the summer. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Women of Joy

Rented this for our visit to Myrtle Beach for Women of Joy conference. Really was comfortable and clean. The owner contacted me to be sure we did not need anything and really responded quickly to my questions. Definitely would recommend this unit. Overlooked the beach from my balcony.

The condo was nice bright and clean. Great view and the owner was nice. Checking in at the desk was a little frustrating but the lady and most staff were nice.
