Enjoy this comfortable condo on the 11th floor with ocean view balcony
Spacious two bedroom condo on the beach. Come enjoy the beach, heated indoor and outdoor pools, and tons of other amenities. Gated indoor parking deck, conveniently walk to the elevators from your car in the parking deck. Very secure and well managed resort to enjoy a relaxing family vacation.

Show your ID and license plate number to the front desk ,who will issue the key cards to the building and room and up to two parking passes.
Then you may drive your car to the blue tall building to the south (right) of the registration office, and use the key card to open the gate to the garage. Please unload on the ground floor as luggage carts are only on this floor.
Then you may park on any level of the parking deck where a space available. You would need the key cards to open the door to the elevator area.

Property was nicer than the pictures. Beach was beautiful and if you use ubers as we did it was inexpensive to get around. Janet was beyond accommodating. At the last minute we asked about having an early check in. For a price we were granted that. Unfortunately, the previous guests had not vacated. So, we weren't able to get in when we planned. (That was the only reason why I said check in was not so smooth.)Janet allowed us to stay later on check out. We were surprised to find the 2nd bedroom had no window.

This is a well-loved condo and very nicely decorated. Very clean furnished. Convenient to south end, Surfside, Garden City. Hot tub was amazing! Beds are comfortable, kitchen nicely equipped and view was wonderful for ocean view unit. Perfect for 3 or 4 people! We enjoyed our time there.

My family and I stayed here for a mini vacation and truly enjoyed calling this place “home” for a few days. From cooking meals together to winding down with a show after a fun day at the beach, everything about our stay was great. The condo was clean, well-maintained, and met all our expectations—especially the stunning beach views! Highly recommend, 10/10.

The place was really nice, especially the location! The ocean view from the balcony was amazing - we got to see the sunrise twice in our stay. It was perfect for our group which included 2 families. Would strongly recommend.

Beautiful view

I liked the condo. Very nice. Clean inside the condo. The building wasn’t clean and the garage had some weird people lingering around. My children saw roaches around the drain outside. People who were staying on the 10th floor said there were bedbugs on that floor. I was quite upset when I heard about the bugs. We paid a decent amount of money for the week. I expected the building to be in better condition.

Amazing condo

Check in was absolutely easy and stress free. Janet messaged me to check in to make sure everything was ok. Everything was great. Condo was absolutely amazing and wonderful. Loved our trip that we took for Championship Archery tournament this year even brought home 3rd place in high school girls. Definitely will stay here again.

This condo was great. So clean and pristine, located right on the ocean, it even offers a great balcony to catch the sunrise over the Atlantic. It made for a great place for my family to kick off the summer. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Women of Joy

Rented this for our visit to Myrtle Beach for Women of Joy conference. Really was comfortable and clean. The owner contacted me to be sure we did not need anything and really responded quickly to my questions. Definitely would recommend this unit. Overlooked the beach from my balcony.

Myrtle Beach brings Hospitality

Our trip to this location was quite pleasant, with an easy check-in, warm and cozy environment, and close location to activities. Communication with the host was simple and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend.

The condo was very nice, clean, and the room smelled amazing. We were allowed to check in early and enjoy the indoor pole. The booking was easy, the staff were friendly, and the stay was amazing. My family and I will definitely be staying here again.

Decent Experience, But Room for Improvement

We had a great time at the condo but found a few areas that could be improved. The towels were new and hadn’t been washed before being provided, as we noticed colored lint on our bodies after use.There were also some maintenance issues: the light in the master bathroom shower was out, and the nightlight didn’t work despite resetting them. The bed skirt in the master bedroom needed laundering, and there was trash and a bug under the bed. The kitchen cabinet where pots and pans were stored needed cleaning.The TVs didn’t allow streaming service logins, which was disappointing. In the second bedroom, the drawers were filled with old remotes and DVD players, so we couldn’t use them for clothes.The hot tub was out of order, which was a letdown, especially since we were looking forward to using it. Additionally, the condo didn’t provide pool or beach towels, which would have been helpful. You cannot use towels provided for the pool/beach so you must bring your own. Despite these issues, we had a wonderful time and has beautiful views but cleanliness lacked.

Awesome!!

We spent the month of January 2025 and enjoyed every minute. The condo has a great ocean view, spotless and very comfortable. The parking in the building is a big plus. Owner is very helpful and responsive to requests. The indoor heated pool and exercise room were great too. Close to all the major attractions. Oh and the beach is Awesome. Do not hesitate to rent this condo, I definitely rate it 5 star...
