A perfect one bedroom condo, fully furnished with anything/ everything you would need, in the Private Myrtle Beach resort. Enjoy sitting on the beach, swimming in the Ocean, outdoor/indoor pools, watching the sunset from our deck or sitting in the hot tubs and relaxing with a drink. Life is Good!

**Please note that the resort has a rule that all guest must be 23 or older to enter**

** To all guests at the resort, when you check in there is a fee that is collected at the security gate for parking

**All service Dogs must be certified and checked in before coming onto the property. This is a resort rule.

Wonderful vacation

My family and I had a great time here! Karl was very communicative and responsive to my messages. Check in was easy and the room read exactly as shown. The location was perfect, even with 2 young kids it took maybe 5 minutes to walk from the room to our spot on the beach and get to enjoying. The resort was clean and perfect for kids. The lazy river and water park were a big hit. Its close to restaurants and shopping too. Everything we needed was nearby. We hope to make this an annual trip with our kids! Thank you Karl & Sarah!

Good Location

Let me start with the positives. The location is amazing. there are two amazing rocking chairs on the balcony,.I absolutely loved being out there early morning and late at night. The unit has plenty of silverware, bowls plates, and cups. The owners was quick to respond. I have stayed at the resort in the years passed and absolutely loved it. This trip I did not love. The first night we found a on the pull out couch but then I started finding more. we contacted the owner. He was fast to respond. He told me last week it was sprayed and then tells me the last guest refused to let them spray. We went back and forth. The whole place smelled like marijuana.. The bed is so very uncomfortable and there is a musky smell to the whole condo. The little time we actually spent at the unit we had to make sure our things didn't have roaches in them. The hallway has stains all in the carpet for you even enter the unit. I have used VRBO for the last 8 years and i will say that this was one of the worst ones.I'm all most positive the owners will say the fixed the roach problem but I assure you they did not. After going back and forth with that i figured i would let everything go and just never come back. I also know that not all of the problems at the condominium is on the owners of the unit. The unit could be nice if it had a little maintenance.

Communication with the owner Karl was fantastic! He responded swiftly. The unit was a big concern. Upon entry the smell of mustyness was overwhelming. The smell emanated from the AC. To Karl's credit he responded quickly by having an AC technician come out but that did not solve the issue. The fire alarm went off twice. Batteries were changed the first time and the entire device the second. The refrigerator stopped working while we were out but again a technician arrived to fix the issue. Lastly, the kitchen chairs were really dirty. I had to clean them. However, the entire time Karl was responsive. Although there were issues I don't believe this to be the norm. I believe it was just a bad week. I also believe the management company could do a better job. I love the gliders they have on the balcony and the mixture of books to read. They even let me take one home to continue my reading! FYI if you love country music the Quarter Deck is the place to be. But not for us. Country music was daily! 🥴 A mixture of music would have been nice. Please do not let this deter you from renting with Karl. He will do what he can to fix any problems that arises. Manager Michael from the Quarter Deck was helpful too as were the women in the check-in office. Thank you Karl! We needed the time away!

Nice Stay

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. The resort front desk and owners were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will keep this in mind for next time. Thank you!
