• One parking pass per reservation
• No motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, RVs, or oversized vehicles
• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
• No daily housekeeping provided; extra linens available for a surcharge
• 25% deposit due at booking; balance due 30 days prior to arrival
• Signed rental agreement and photo ID required prior to check-in
